a. w.Great choice of toys for all ages. Staff friendly and helpful. They can deliver or u can pick up in store.
R. R.Bit of a mixed bag here in so much as the store has quite a variety of stock however it has a real mismatch feel about it. Hard to navigate around and the staff are not exactly on the ball with helping. We were looking for a specific toy the staff that I managed to eventually get the attention of walked around aimlessly looking for it too! Oh well back to Smyths it is then...
A. C.Not a massive shop but does have a variety of toys / games. Often have something on offer (or so it appears!)
A. P. (.Decent toy shop. Slightly overpriced, so I only ever buy anything when there's a big sale going on. They have a nice selection of toys, though I do wish they supplied more mystery bag toys. Not many board games or puzzles either.

G. B.As far as Toy Shops go, the Entertainer is average at best - it does a job and fulfills a need, but it always has that budget feel to it (without the budget prices).
a.Staff members here are lovely and welcome everyone into the store. Toys here are affordable, great quality and kept up to date with what is trendy. The floors and shelves are constantly kept cleaned which is wonderful! With a huge range of items to choose from, I don't get why no one would bother to shop here. The background of the store has good history and is owned by Great people as well. If you have a standard when shopping, or high morals; then this place is heaven. It doesn't get crowded either.

Z. F.Brilliant wanted a special toy for a 10/11 month old baby boy..very active...not too many to choose from but one that apparently survives for a couple of years...
Looks absolutely perfect ... just hoping Mum or Dad haven't already got.one like it !!..shop very busy with queueing procedures in place !!... lots of other plastic toys, cuddly toys...could have spent longer ..but luckily l was on busy shopping trip!!.. very satisfactory visit..glad l found it ...will be going back!
L. W.Very helpful Staff Joe on till told me about the offer which was on spend 60 pound to get 10 pound off and a lovely lady was very helpful but didn't get her name.
Always have a good shopping experience here.
