Staff are super friendly and eager to help .. be mindful that all of the staff are volunteers. Whenever I'm in Derby I'll tend to use shopmobility now that I'm accustomed to it 🙂 .. The scooters are all top quality as is the rest of their gear - the shopmobility parking spaces are all supersized so if you need that extra space then this is the place - and it's super central too, directly opposite the bus station and a stones throw from The Eagle Centre & Derbion .. What's not to like? 😁😁❤❤👍❤❤😁😁

Staff are wonderful and consistent, super friendly. In the last 15 year's that I have been using shop mobility I have only had one breakdown, which was cured within minutes without me moving an inch. Which shows they are able to cater with all needs as I am a power chair user and can't can't recommend Derby Shop Mobility high enough and look forward to the next 15 years. Thank you guy's for being so wonderful.

They've looked after me, every time I've used their services. They are an integral part of a disabled persons life if they are just nipping into, Derby town centre for a few hours, & saves you struggling to get your powered wheelchair in your car.
