Fitters screened floor then returned the following week and fitted the laminate. They worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Everything was hassle free

J. G.We've used United carpets several times now. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and always help with the maths which I'm dreadful at. Theres a good selection of flooring at varying prices. They have a flexible approach to organising fitting times which is very helpful for shift patterns, and they were accommodating when we wanted to change our time slot. All in all a good company providing a quick, efficient, friendly service. We will use in the future.

Upon deciding and purchasing, I asked about a specific remnant and whether there was a new roll to add to it. Rupert is so good at his job that he worked out from that 1 question; which colour I was looking for, what pile I was looking for, what quality i was looking for i.e. I'd mentioned carpet on the roll so he knew that I wasn't looking for something upwards of £30 pm2!
Working from my own measurements (with no added expense of having to visit the property prior to fitting), I had picked and payed for the carpet in no time, whereas I would ordinarily "um & ah" for ages. It was made so easy.
Tom fit the carpets on the day and at the time scheduled, and they did a quick and perfect job.

For first-time carpet purchasers, please do allow 7 days for woodwork paint to cure before anyone fits carpet. I hadn't realised that haha.
