Good bit, I ordered a key and I got a key. The key works too so that's great. But ... I wanted two keys, you can't order two keys, I guess keys are rationed. I wanted to pay by debit card, their system couldn't validate my card. I tried a credit card, didn't like that either. They will accept PayPal so the transaction was paid for. Although the price of the key was acceptable once you add on postage the price nearly doubled. Eye watering. The company attitude is unbelievably hostile - I've never seen words to the effect this is an irrevocable transaction on a site before. In summary, I got what I wanted but next time I think I'll try to find an outlet rather more at ease with itself.
