What a. Service. In the shop Friday, picked up Saturday - yes the next day. My jigsaw was glued and framed packed and ready for putting on the wall. Very pleasant gentleman. Many, many thanks.

I have just collected a sentimental large picture/photo that fell off a wall. The glass was smashed, frame damaged and hanging wire snapped. I dropped it off on Tuesday to John and collected this morning. He has done an absolutely fantastic job. I ham so happy with it and for a very reasonable price too. I highly recommend John and his shop. Wish I had found him earlier!. Thank you ! :)

Just picked our re-framed wedding picture and wow what can I say. Absolutely perfect and great quality but to top it off, the customer service from John is brilliant. I only found out about John just before lockdown. I had embroidered a child's cross stitch picture as a Christmas present. I phoned John and he told me he was not opening again until after Christmas. He said if I took it in straight away he would get it done for me. True to his word and because I had already laced it up he did it in double quick time and I collected it at 5pm Wednesday 4th November! Instead of closing at 4pm he was staying until 7pm. Grateful thanks John for a quick but well done job. Stella V

Excellent service, the owner couldn't have been more helpful , very knowledgeable and the finished framed print is superb , would highly recommend this establishment . Social distancing measures in place, hand sanitizer and Restrictions on how many people can enter the shop at any one time . Felt very safe .

We had a picture done in Rhodes and I wanted it framed,took it to my usual framers in Armthorpe only to find it had closed down ☹. Having checked out Google maps I aprehensively took it to "Picture it". I shouldn't have worried as they were so professional, helpful and friendly with high standards and great advice on the correct framing I'm 100% happy with the outcome 😊 I can't recommend them enough.
