Took our wee dog for a new harness today, such a great wee place. The lady was lovely and took plenty of time helping us, she measured our dog and made sure it fitted him properly. Great selection of thing aswell. Will be back soon for his new coat. As you can see he is delighted with it.

Very nice shop where to find good and natural food for our lovely dogs. Much better than great chains like pets at home. Friendly and supportive staff. I recommend to buy here, we have to help small nice business like this one instead than big chains.

We were delighted to find this gem of dog food and accessories store not far from where we live. Not only did it stock the food we had in mind, but it also stocked our favourite brand of collars, harnesses and leads. For me, this was a green light. I have to say the staff was friendly and most importantly very knowledgeable. Well stocked with the best of products, and it's safe to say, this will be my go-to for my dog's toys, food, treats, and health-related products. They even have a website for mail orders for those not lucky enough to have them on their doorstep: great place and great first impression. Worth noting I never leave reviews unless it's an outstanding business.

I haven’t visited the shop yet but can’t wait to do so. The owners of the this family owned business are awesome they will always help you on any way they can with super advice even if you don’t purchase a product. I have bought lots of products from them and the quality is outstanding and last for years even the dog toys are indestructible not sure how when we have a hyper land shark!! my dogs love everything from them they know when it’s a K9 Active delivery they go mad when postman pat comes 😆 every parcel always comes well packaged. Highly recommend this dog loving family owned business. They are very knowledgeable, helpful and will go above and beyond to accommodate their customers. There is always a happy ,friendly atmosphere when you visit and their products are excellent.Let your dog go in the treat room and I guarantee they will pick their favourite treat. Well stocked little shop where we could try different harnesses for size on our dog. Our selected harness size was not in stock, but ordered in and posted out to us in a week. Very impressed with the Ruffwear Webmaster harness and Switchbak leash, design and materials justify the price. A little more active advice on choice and fitting would have been good, but overall very happy. (Dog feed stock also looked extensive but not on our shopping list today,)

Ive unfortunately not been able to visit the store, but I recently had a fantastic experience with K9 active when searching for a coat for my dog. I found the one I liked and K9 active had it in stock. The order was despatched really quickly but on arrival was far too big for my boy. I contacted the company and in fact was a bit of a nightmare I dont doubt. They were extremely helpful and friendly at all times and nothing was too much bother for them. They went to the trouble of checking and recommending a size based on my measurements and lo and behold the new one I ordered was a perfect fit. I got a refund for the other item no bother at all, and now my boy is cosy and warm in his new hurtta jacket!

Ordered a ruffwear boot and sadly it was defective after a couple of weeks. Emailed K9 and had a response pretty much straight away. We can't reccomend this company highly enough. The delivery is second to none. The therapaws dog boots have been an absolute life saver for one of our border collies who has arthritic paws. They last ages are really hard wearing and without them she can't walk on hard surfaces. Buy cheap buy twice these are an absolute winner.
