From purchase to fitting we have always had great service from Carpetright. The notable point on this occasion is that Stuart (the one that came to check my measurements instigated a 20% reduction in out payment because I had overestimated our requirements. No quibble! But that’s what you come to expect from the staff at Carpetright. Stuart the store manager also needs to be commended for his superb customer service.

Stuart was absolutely fantastic. Went to every measure to make sure we found exactly what we needed. From pulling every sample he could find, laying everything out in the sun, phoning stores to source out of range lines. Excellent service all round.

Posting on behalf of my elderly mother inlaw, Great from start to finish, after a really poor experience getting carpets fitted in the past she was worried about how it would go, the fitter, Grant, gave absolutely fantastic customer service and is an excellent ambassador for the company. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and carpetright in the future (in fact I already have and they're popping in on Sunday!).

Needed an off cut of vinyl for my new shed. Stuart was the only Employee on duty. He was busy with calls but transacted my business smoothly and effectively. Good range of carpets with helpful, knowledgeable and patient staff in store. The gentleman who measured up for us was polite and efficient. The carpet fitters they arranged were friendly and carried out the work to a high standard. When we needed to find out information over the phone, staff members in store were polite and helpful. One issue to feed back is that they are having issues with their email system and we did not receive any that they sent. Apparently they go via their head office and there is a problem currently. This caused us a bit of anxiety as we didn’t receive our quotes / receipts etc so didn’t have confirmation that the correct materials had been ordered etc. Overall we are very happy with the experience and would recommend Carpetright.
