Nipped in looking for something for my grandson the shop didn’t have what I was looking for but Holly was fantastic given me advice on alternatives, however when I was heading out not buying anything Holly was demonstrating a toy and made it look so much fun and explained how to best use the toy I got two for my grandson knowing he was going to love them. Holly is such a credit to your company such a helpful and very pleasant and enthusiastic member of the team you are very lucky to have someone like that.

Glad my Christmas shopping for toys are a thing of the past. As one who was stumped erecting a Wendy house, think now a higher national diploma would come in handy. Was in the st James quarter today and decided to have a look in hamleys was greeted by a colleague called Jamie who was more than happy to answer all my questions. Browsed for a bit and then asked Jamie on his recommendations on the teddies i was interested in and he was more than helpful. Only downside to the visit was they didn’t seem to have a lot of Scottish stuff in the store, which I think would be a great hit with tourists in the summer months.

I found Hamleys a bit disappointing compared to other toyshops. There was a large Bear promoting it which enticed me to visit it. One other plus point was the enchanting little girl playing with the balls.

Hamleys in Jenners is a magical place for kids to explore. Prices have always been high here but just immersing yourself in the shop for half an hour is just worth it. If you're in Princes Street you should definitely stop by.

Enter through Jenner's then downstairs. Enormous store complete with helpful staff. The prices are a bit extreme even for Edinburgh. Definitely worth a stop by foot if you have a munchkin.
