N. F.Colin Hardie I do apologise about the poor service you got the day you where in the store. Our staff is under a lot of pressure and we are under staff at that store we are working on getting the customer service levels up. M.I was in Johnstone paints Peffer place yesterday (28th January) with a small amount of green paint I had mixed myself from another brand of paint, to use for a background stencil on a feature wall. However, I decided to paint the two side walls this colour of green. Problem..... I would have had to buy 3 separate tins of paint (from b&q) in order to TRY and mix the same colour. Problem solved.......I took it to Eddie, who got to work and mixed me a colour that I have to say was close but I thought, not perfect. He assured me it was going to be a match once it dried. He was spot on, it was a perfect match! I wish I’d saved myself a lot of mixing and faffing and went to him in the first place. Cheers Eddie. I’ll be back! 😊
