Placed 2 orders online to be collected last week, money was taken, Ecard also used. Next morning both orders were cancelled at the same time by the store, no reason why, can not get a answer as to what happened or how I re uses the ecard. I wrote to the CEO no reply... but I did a review on here, and then they got in touch... answered my questions, gave us a £15 ecard and a £5 voucher... We returned to the shop today, the staff were very helpful, interacted well with my son, helped him pick names and processed the sale while interacted with us... The service today was very good, the only point i would add, ( the teddies bears bath is broken and can not be used... maybe time to get it fixed), but I do wonder if it was only because we gave a bad review before... But on todays performance, I would revisit again.

Took our 3 Yr old here today. She really loved it. Staff are really friendly and interactive with our daughter. Made the occasion for our daughter special and memorable

This is now a well establish store within the main shopping arcade. Plenty of room for me, and my wheelchair to navigate around the shop. In the main I found the staff to be friendly efficient and helpful. There is always a good selection character animals, and traditional ‘teddy bears’ I must admit that I have never heard a voice box that sounds good, but that component perhaps only costs a few pence from a factory thousands of miles away. However I think for the cost to us, the customer deserves a far far better product.

I placed an order online and it wasn’t allowing me to add the voice recording I phoned the Braehead store and got a girl rachel On the phone the customer service I received was amazing even though we couldn’t sort the problem she done everything she could to help me and guide me in the right direction need more people like rachel working in customer service ❤️
