l. e.Vincent was recommended to me. I went into showroom which was lovely and clean and well space out. I was greeted immediately and asked what my requirements were. i was shown several samples of laminate and Vincent was very helpful in helping me choose. He arranged everything right down to delivery and fitting. i felt so relaxed and at ease in the shop, no pressured sale. I'm delighted with the floor and the service i received. i cant recommend them highly enough. they phoned me 30 mins before the fitters arrived which i thought was a nice touch. thank you so much Vincent and Maureen.
J. M.Needed flooring for a new build property, went to the shop and spoke to Vincent who sorted everything out for us. Gave plenty time for us to have a look around and see what we wanted and was able to make suggestions when we asked. The fitters also done a great job, very pleased with the all round service.

S. D.was a bit concerned by a few posts but went anyway. I was greeted by Vincent who was very patient with all my questions and answered my concerns. Got the carpet i wanted at a great price, (also a wee freebie ;-) thanks ) the fitter came did a great job and i could not be happier. Would definitely use again and would recommend to everyone.
K. L.Was refitting an entire flat after a tenant had ruined it, so I went shopping in quite a bad mood. Friend recommended this place, and the one next door, for carpets, lino and beds. I was extremely pleased after my experience although we did have a small problem, as the carpet fitter had missed a couple of items left under my new carpets. As time was crucial with a new tenant moving in, I phoned expecting to have to plead for a remedial procedure but was delighted to be told the fitter would be out in one hour. All was fixed in about 7 mins after arrival, and I was delighted. I always say it's easy to be good when everything goes well, but the true test is how you remedy a non perfect experience. I will certainly use this company again, and in fact will visit them this week which is why I was on the website and saw the feedback option.
