I can not rave about our experience enough. We were out shopping and spending some birthday money my son got for his 5th birthday that day. When we entered the store every staff member said hello and were wizzing about on skates, or throwing boomerangs, one guy was even driving a car up the wall with a laser. My sons face wss pure amazement , he didn't have a clue what we had just walked into, bless. He happily told the staff it was his birthday and was excited to let them know he was here to buy something. The staff all got together are sung him a Happy Birthday, then gifted him his very own Hamleys bear. I was obviously crying! Because they really made his day! The effort was maybe nothing to them but everything to us. We can't wait to visit Glasgow again soon. HUGE THANKS

Hamleys tends to fall a bit short from previous visits years ago. The atmosphere is the same as if you were to enter annsummers. (Should i be in here? ) You can pretty much get anything they have from another store at usually a slightly better price. Hamleys was about going in and feeling the magic. Seeing toys in action with a lively staff. Sadly that magic is gone and leaves you with just a store.

Hamleys is quite a famous toy store, until recently it was only based in London, but it's branched out worldwide, I've seen one in Dubai. This store at St Enoch shopping centre was their second store, it's large and well stocked with children's toys and paraphernalia for kids of all ages. My only gripe, I had to ask 3 different attendants where the toy I was looking for, more training please.

Like a wonderland for children! My 4yo loved it but it is very expensive so I took a star off. They have staff dotted around demonstrating toys and there are opportunities for kids (or big kids in the case of my husband and the remote control cars) to have a play at little stations round the shop

Hamleys is Hamleys at the end if the day. Lots of toys and things to interact with. The only down side was half the store was closed for renovations so floorspace was approximately half of what it usually is. Will still visit again though the children love the place and it's not to expensive either.

Hamleys have moved just downstairs from their original place at the top of St Enoch Ct. I've knocked a cpl stars off due to higher prices, which could be previously justified with the massive 'Toy Store' experience, but now the toys are all squished together in a little shop. This isn't worth the extra you pay on the prices.

It has just about every toy you could name, it's great to see children's faces when they see the giant elephant and giraffe for the first time. There are toys layed out for kids to play with and sometimes they have entertainment as well. The prices are a bit on the steep side though.

Staff super friendly and engaging. We had so much fun, spent about 2 hours having a blast, learning to fly an indoor frisbee, Easter egg hunt, story telling, glitter tattoos. The staff really make it awesome.20 out of 20 😁

Over priced compared to other toy suppliers/seller's. Only really worth going fir the sake of it, as you'll look there and think "that's expensive!" I mean when it cost more than the Lego store you know you're being ripped off.

Huge thank you to George the magician who was fantastic at recommending gifts for my nephew .My husband and I had so much fun in store today watching George show us how quickly time passes when you add a little magic to your day .My nephew loved the magic lights and entertained us for hours with them .I am looking forward to him doing some tricks with the Svengali cards out the magic blue box .... So thanks again George .

You don't need to take a child with you. It brings the child in you out. Great shop to spend some fun time and be amazed at some if the toys and games on offer, no matter what age your inner child is.

Great layout and toy selection but very overpriced even compaired to John Lewis. Highly interactive for the kids with regular demonstrations and reading areas. The kids always get excited when we mention we're going to have a look.

Hamleys is a great toy shop if a little overpriced, although they do have some good promotions on most of the time on limited goods. Great theming and staff here to help and entertain during your visit. Also good to more of the rarer toys, so worth a visit if struggling to get something.

Hamleys is a great store, lots of toys for children to go wild at. I'm pretty young still, however, I'm too old for toys like Barbie and Playmobil, however, they have a nice collection of Airfix models, train models and Lego for all of the hobbyists who may think they're too old for Playmobil and other young target demographic products.

Has the second floor of the shopping mall to itself. It's nothing compared to the one in London, but it's still trying pretty hard, with toys out for kids to try, displays and decorations. Prices are conpetitive and they have a good choice if the main brands like Lego and Playmobil. I think Friday afternoons are 'quiet' for autistic kids to visit without stress.

As with most families we could probably spend every waking hour and ever penny we have in here as my son would just play with every thing they have. I dont get why they have gigantic stuffed animals though... But they have a party room you can hire and im sure would potentially make an awesome kids birthday party!

Took my wee girl to see Fireman Sam when he visited. Although the line was pretty long when we got there the staff were always keeping you informed of how long they thought it would take to get through. When Sam had to go for a break they made sure there were other people to keep the young ones entertained and the line moved surprisingly quickly. Hanley's is always a must stop when ever I'm in Glasgow, with the kids or not.

One of our favourite stores in Glasgow.Fun place to go for both kids and adults alike !!! Heads up you could be in this store for hours .. I'm not sure who has most fun in here me or the kids. Fantastic selection of kids toys, love the activitiesthey have on during the holidays for kids ie petting centres etc and the staff are the most helpful we have ever come accross.
