Recently used the Vets here and it was fantastic. The vet was lovely and friendly. Explained everything very well. Thank you. Very impressed by the staff here. Had interactions with 4 different members of staff and each one was brilliant. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a Pets at Home store. Brilliant!!!!!

I took my daughter for one of the care for you pet classes. The booking had been mixed up and they weren't expecting her but they made her feel welcome and put the class on regardless!

Went here to get some hamsters for the wee ones. Spoke to the lady who was very helpful and steered us in the direction of guinea pigs as being a bit more in line with our kids ages. Thought everything was reasonably priced, the staff were knowledgeable and we have three very happy children who like their new pets.

Staff are always very friendly and patient with my two nervous dogs (Phoebe and Daisy) They gave them both fab haircuts, cleaned their teeth and gave them some sort of paw treatment that left them with the softest paws. Cost approx £100 for both dogs for full groom and extras. Dropped them off and they called around 1 hour later to pick them up.

Not bad, items a bit scattered throughout. Had the same response from another customer behind me in the checkout queue. Staff helpful but seemed very stretched with many customers in the store. Update. Service vastly improved. Kudos to all involved. Never any shortage of dog supplies. A very pleasant shopping experience now. Thank you. Update. Pets at home really are a valuable asset to the animal lover. Such a great place to shop.

Staff lovely, gave us a lot of time and attention. I was looking to re-home a bunny and was allowed to sit with him for quite some time before the shop closed to see if we liked each other. The following day when we collected our new bunny Chip the staff were very attentive and helped us to the car will all our new pets bits and then back into the shop again when we realised we couldn't fit 2 kids, 2 adults, a rabbit and a cage in the car at the same time! Still coming in regularly and still rate all the staff!
