I shop here regularly and always get something different as a gift. I needed a pressie for a friend but was waiting for covid restrictions to allow me to go to the shop. Checked website and realized I could buy online. Ordered earrings on Monday and came home today (Wednesday) to find earrings delivered! Protectively packaged and gift wrapped. Fabulous service.
