Toolime is one of the most ethical businesses that exists online. Their customer service values are so great that they go beyond your expectations to help you. Katie went out of her way to provide exemplary customer service. She did the best that could be done. Nik followed the same and was quick to follow suit. It reflects the core values of Tooltime and proves that they are not here to make profit but to serve their customers and humanity at large.
