I got a recommendation to use Village Blinds to cut 1 inch of PVC vertical blinds I had bought from a.n.other blind company(bought them online). Village blinds (Andy) were very accommodating, and were able to do this request at short notice. I can’t thank them enough for doing this small job and at a good price. I will use Village blinds in the future, as opposed to online retailers due to the wrong specification of blinds that were delivered and..near impossible to send back without incurring postage costs at my expense. To anyone reading this, I would highly recommend using this small company for blinds in and around Central Scotland.

After calling village blinds out for a curtain solution as we have a young child they recommended into blinds, it was quite an outlay but we decided if it was going to black out the bedrooms it could be worth it. We got a phone call to say they couldn’t do into blinds but could do push fit blinds. I understand you can never black out completely but these let light in everywhere and are a lot cheaper made than the push fit blinds we had installed already. Very flimsy, plastic looks cheap and still a tonne of light comes in. A very costly lesson indeed.

We moved into a house with very wide windows and were struggling to find anything modern to fit. Andy and the team were happy to help and got us custom made rollers with reinforced bar, 2 years later and no bowing. Very impressed for the price. The team also supplied my dad when he moved house - gave him advice on the best blinds for his windows, great price and quick delivery. Will definitely use next time I need anything :-)

Ordering blinds for your home is pretty daunting when you want the right design the right colour and the right fabric. Andy is a down to earth guy and is very honest and professional when visiting homes to measure, if you want a company who are professional with good value and good products Village Blinds is the place to go. A fantastic local business, had a few blinds off them, brilliant service and even fix them free of charge afterwards when I needed help to put one back up after decorating, all staff are very helpful and I would highly recommend them, sounds like the poor reviews are another company 🤔
