Some of the shelves are empty and regardless of what time if the day, there is usually a long queue due to only one or two checkouts open. Not the best experience with the one in Gloucester city.

They had most of what I wanted but the queues are totally ridiculous the end was almost at the back of the shop n 1 bloody till open The manager knows there's 5 tills So why not use them there's plenty of staff chatting nessing anouteant to be putting stock out but they aren't. The poor girl on the till kept asking for help and she was totally ignored I felt so sorry for her.. That's down to bad management... I'm gonna avoid the place from now on

Some good bargains. Unfortunately the lack of till operators let's this place down. I visited around 9:30 in the morning. There weren't that many customers in the store but the queue for the only till that was manned had around 8 people in it when I joined. At one point I counted 12 people queuing. Despite customers ahead of me complaining about the length of time it was talking to get served, nothing was done. I did see other staff in the store but none of these approached the tills.

The store is a treasure trove of everything! It is a great shop for picking up gifts for people or spoiling yourself to a little something nice! If you are stuck for ideas for gifts, want to pick up a seasonal bargain or want a quick snack then check it out.

Enjoy what they have on offer in this store, but like alot of stores with this layout (wilkos included) you have to queue up one, two or three of the aisles when busy. It's confusing and time consuming and not ideal, especially during the pandemic.

Always busy, with good prices - but always queues at the tills as they are never open to full capacity and this creates a blockade of people at the front of the store restricting movement between the aisles. Spread over two floors there is a wide range of goods but the other shop in Eastern Avenue is a better shopping experience

Good. But there are regularly items that have no shelf price listed, causing awkwardness at the tills. EDIT: 7 months later and nothing had changed, after a brief walk round today (20/07), multiple items in the shelves in every aisle with no pricing. A second star off!

Great store, really good prices. Great variety. Pay a visit, you won't be disappointed. There's always so much to buy from pet food, beds & toys. Groceries, so of which you can't get elsewhere. Bedding, rugs. Christmas decs, toys, food & drink. Perfumes, make-up, stationery, crafts, great stocking fillers at great prices. Clothes, and the list still goes on. Try it for yourself.

This store can only be called an "OK" store at best. It's not the cleanest and not the best sorted store but you can get some good offers in there. The few times that I have visited it I have always been disappointed and happy to leave again. It's located along the main shopping road so if you are out there shopping you can pop in quickly to pick something up.
