A great range of furniture and in-store staff are super friendly and helpful. I've seen a couple of bad reviews saying 'my stuff wasn't collected' but I would say, given the large range of items always changing, and quite a quick turnover, that those must be the exception to the rule. Highly recommended.

Had a very pleasant experience buying furniture from the British Heart Foundation. The team of staff, from the chap putting the furniture on the shop floor, the salesperson and the delivery men was exceptional, and would put a lot of shops to shame. All of the staff exceptionally helpful, especially Maria, who even managed to source the single and double bed i needed from another store, and arranged for it all to be delivered at the same time, saving me money on delivery. The delivery men were very prompt, polite and helpful, Thank you !
