My English Bulldog has terrible allergies. Have been feeding the Venison from ProDog Raw and what a difference. He loves it too, so much so he bounds into the kitchen every time he hears the fridge open. Delivery has been on time each time I have ordered and very well insulated. The plastic tubs are perfect, bright and no leakage when defrosting.

We love this company for Isla's food. The delivery is always prompt and the food is delivered still frozen everything. If you ever have any questions there are nutritionists on hand to talk to you which is fantastic when asking how much to feed and what. Would highly recommend these to anyone!!

Brilliant service. Just had our first box delivered after switching from Butternut Box, not only because Pro Dog Raw is better value, but also offers better treats and box sizes. The service is exactly the same high standard - almost instant response to a question we had (on the weekend too!) and delivery on time via DHL with a 1 hour booking slot which is so helpful. The website is very easy to use as is creating an account, and Bradley our Boston Terrier has already dug into the treats and I have no doubt he will love the food itself too. Very happy new customers who will be using Pro Dog Raw for the future.

Great customer service. I left it late when ordering and was due to run out of food the next day. I emailed them to ask when my delivery was being sent and told them my situation, and they moved my delivery forward a day to accommodate. Not only is the customer service great but my dog absolutely loves their food and has thrived since switching to ProDog. Couldn't be happier with them.

By far the most superior raw food brand. After trying numerous brands I keep coming back to Prodog Raw. The quality is outstanding, all 3 of my dogs love the food, they all look really healthy and are thriving. This is only my second order but so far im impressed. The packaging is great. Fantastic variety from chicken to boar to pheasant to venison... very nicely priced and bundles are great for abit more saving. Deliveries have always been on time with dpd. Most importantly my dogs love the food. Having moved over from fresh complete the transition was easy. I went with a straight swap tactic and it worked great. Stools are smaller. Glossier coats. Will be a regular for sure!

WOW, just WOW customer service like never before. I was contacted daily by text, day, evening, weekdays, weekend to check on Betsy progress with transition to raw. Betsy has the most delicate tummy and to ensure the best transition possible they held my hand all the way and therefore Betsy has now settle on a Pro Dog Raw Diet. Great food too. Since changing over to Pro Dog Raw I have noticed how trim Louie our Beagle has become and how shiny his coat is...Many people have asked how we make his coat so shiny; I have explained that this has come about since changing over to Pr Dog Raw. He is also less hungry than when we were feeding him kibble and as most of the food is absorbed through digestion, thankfully there is less mess to clear up. I have also been using Pro Dog treats as well which are so much more nutritious and healthy than other treats you can buy...they are certainly doing the trick, Louie is learning fast and looking good. Louie and I would thoroughly recommend Pro Dog Raw.

Just had my second delivery and very pleased with this company my GP dog loves it and its so much cheaper and still better quality than the previous raw food company I used. My working cocker spaniel underwent major gut surgery last year, after swallowing two stones. I used the lean muscle powder, to aid in his recovery and it was truly amazing. As it’s kind on the digestion, he was still able to have it. The powder really helped him get back up to top fitness and after 3 months of rehabilitation, he was deemed fit enough to return to light agility. As a result, I decided to change my dogs to pro dog raw food and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Their overall condition has improved massively. They love the food and even drool when they see me preparing it, licking their bowls completely clean! The company is second to none. Best food change that I ever made for my dog (3.5years old GSD), he use to skip meals and now he is eating every time without hesitation. He really loves the food,and after 2 weeks of raw diet I could see significant changes in his overall health. I can not recommend enough, it is truly the best change that I made for my dog, after trying several other processed foods (wet, dry, moist etc). The food was very well packed and turned up still frozen when I arranged to be delivered, being notified with the delivery progress by email. 👍

Amazing service, had issues with the courier and the lovely Marnie sorted it out - got me the information i needed there and then. Amazing company, really knowledgable helpful and great advice given when needed. Been feeding my dog this food for around 2 years and never had any problems, great quality and he loves it, but unfortunately I have had to knock off a star because it has now just become too pricey, over £100 a month to feed my dog whereas it use to be £80 and even that was a price increase from a previous one, great food but now unfortunately out of reach from people like myself. Great if you can afford it.
