The store is always so inviting and tidy. As well as the staff all being very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I purchased a switch game and some funko pops, the gent on the till was chatty and pleasant when serving me while someone grabbed the game from the other side of the store. Amazing customer service! Thank you Smyths.

Excellent place to go. They have everything from babies to gaming adults. Everyone is happy. Staff are friendly and willing to help. Store is clean and tidy. This company takes.pride.in everything they do I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for toys, gaming chairs, bikes, etc you won't be disappointed. This store also have a customer toilet and big enough so a wheel chair user with baby changing table.

After a few weeks of utter dismay at how my disabled child and i have been treated in other major stores in the city, i would like to congratulate the store and more importantly send my sincere thanks to the guy on the checkout today that not only allowed me to take a wheeled basket out of the store but he brought it to my car for me too! Many many thanks you have restored my faith in been able to still shop with a young child in a wheelchair.

It has a lot to choose from, girls toys, boys toys and items for older kids/teens. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is clean and tidy. You can easily spend a lot of time wandering around the store as there is so much to choose from.

What a choice of toys. Toys for all ages. Good choice of baby products. Parking just outside the shop. The only down side if you don't drive its a bit out of the way & not everyone can shop on line

Currently Click and Collect only - I arrived not knowing this. However, the person on the Click and Collect desk was very helpful and went to go and check the available options for me in store. He brought back a picture, and I would've been able to make an order there and then and collect within 20-60 minutes. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for but otherwise, very helpful staff!

Had a few things ordered for click and collect which my dad went to collect however he couldn't as needed photo ID of person who ordered it so he left muttering under his breath whilst the poor member of staff was still explaining why they couldn't give him the order. When we went back with me there to collect it we of course got the same girl, who even though my dad had been way rude to her half hour before still served with a happy to help smile and was lovely. Was at about half 9 or 10 this morning. Mega professional.

Friendly staff, clean store and pretty good prices. I cant really complain about the place but at the same time I cant really throw heaps of praise on here either thanks to the occasional messy aisle. Staff are incredibly friendly and wont hesitate to help when you need them.

Me and my husband came in today on the Black Friday sale for a gaming console for our son, it was very busy and the que was rather long. The staff behind the gaming counter looked drained and tired bless them! We were served by a young man named Dylan and I must say what a lovely chap he was. We were panicking because we did not have the slightest clue on what console we needed or what best suited our son, thankfully he provided us with plenty of product knowledge and recommended us some of the best games and also took the time to explain what each game had to offer. Considering on how busy it was we did not expect to get this type of service at all. Brilliant customer service, thank you again!!! 😊

Great place. Good prices. Always surprising for a gamer that the deals they have on are pretty competitive. Just went in at 19:55 and the staff made me feel welcome and had a right laugh with the lad at the game counter. Didn't get his name. But top service 👌 👌 👌

I didn't know where to start when I got here the choice of toys and games is just astounding. They also do games consoles and the games to go with them . They have bikes and scooters in fact I bet you could near enough do all your gift shopping here as there range is just so wide. The staff are some of the friendliest and helpful that I have ever come across. They also have offers on like 3 for 2 so keep your eyes open and you could find yourself a real bargain. There prices are also very good I bet it would be hard to find a better deal anywhete

If using satellite navigation, don't pay too much attention as it took me down the wrong turning and due to the time of day, I struggled to get out onto the main road. But when I got to the store, I was very impressed. This is the first Smyths toy store I have been too, but it was huge. Shelves were stacked full, lots to choose from with alot of price drops, especially coming up to Christmas. This place was pretty big. If you couldn't find a toy here then your in the wrong place. (although they had sold out of what I needed to buy, typical) but the place appeared to be clean and was kept very tidy, staff were helpful and polite, and there is plenty of parking when visiting. My visit here was pleasant and I will be appearing in more of these stores in the future.

Funko Pop heaven!! has such a good lay out - that you have to see but think of it as doesn't matter if your Lego batman its LEGO so it will be in that area same goes for Spider man action figure it will be with the action figures not in its own spider-man section so its so easy to find every thing!

Excellent toy superstore, it has everything you could need for any occasion, seems to always have stock in and has a baby section complete with car seats. The staff are helpful and always on hand to help.
