We purchased a pencil case for £3 which unfortunately was broken by the time we got it home (plastic lid snapped) - we phoned the store in Ipswich as we do not live very near so could not easily return it, and the manageress apologised profusely and said she would ship another to us immediately together with some complimentary goodies. Two days later, true to their promise, the new pencil case arrived along with a whole host of other goodies which taking a guess would be valued at probably over £10! Why can't other stores offer customer service like this?!

They sell everything, I can't really narrow it down. And it's the only shop where I don't mind paying for a carrier bag, cause they're so damn cool.
