A. E.It was very quiet today in the Ipswichstore. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Though it has been a struggle to get the tinned food my dog has over the last few weeks as they only seem to carry a limited amount of each brand. The vouchers are well worth it on the VIP app.

A. R.From the very first day I took Bruno for his jabs, they were wonderful. Making sure he had a positive experience at the vets. Then, 10 days ago, we couldn't have asked for more kind, compassionate staff following the sudden illness & loss of our beautiful Bruno. Their compassion & empathy towards Bruno & us as a family will never be forgotten. Especially allowing us to be with him at the end, when so many practices still won't allow you to be with you animal when they are put to sleep. Thank you all so much.

he seemed to be very clued up and we decided to wait and speak to him once he had finished with the customer. He helped us out with a range of products for our dog who had a sensitive tummy and we were looking for some ideas. He was great!!!
Also I like that you can take pets in ( within reasons) and they have water bowl outside for dogs!
Prices are a bit higher than say amazon or eBay but store visits are worth it as all staff do genuinely seem to care about animals and their welfare
C. K.I only popped in for a quick browse as the kids love to go and look at the animals. It's much the same as any Pets at Home store, with animals kept really well and clean and knowledgeable staff. Dogs are welcome and there is a groomer on site (we don't have a dog but stopped to chat to a greyhound who had just had his nails done and was very happy with them hahaha)
M. D.I've used them for dog food and toys for ages but wanted to make a post about how helpful they were on my purchase of a pair of rats. The gentleman walked me round the store and gave me really good unbiased advice about what I needed and the general care of them as pets. Really happy, great job.

M.Really great service from Katie yesterday. We went to buy two guinea pigs with my excited 6 year old. Katie ran through everything including items we did not know about concerning very young tinea pigs and the British weather. Animal welfare very high on the agenda, but all in a friendly and Carin manner. Top marks to Katie and Pat's At Home Martlesham.

F. C.It's a Pets At Home store so it has the characteristics of the chain. The staff are friendly and genuinely seem to love pets, and the store tries to keep a wide range of stock. They have a habit of running out of promotional products, though, and when they do, they rarely have any idea if/when any more might come in. Parking can also be a challenge - the relatively small car park fills up quickly, and the entrance/exit is often blocked by a queue of cars from other stores in the area at busy times.
m. p.Can be a little expensive but if you want to pamper your pet, you'll find something to do it here. Great range of foods, accessories and small pets. Havn't used the pamper room... I have 2 greyhounds so they don't need much maintenance but it always seems to be busy

C. S.Regarding the companion care vets team inside pets at home, I can't fault them. We have been very unlucky with our 3 year old dog that has already had to have 3 operations for various reasons and they have been brilliant in providing first class care and helping us with the insurance claims. The vets are all friendly, knowledgable and I would highly recommend them. Will continue to take my pets here. They put the pets wellbeing first unlike some veterinary practices

S. B.Brilliant theme park, rides are good, not too much there for very young children and recently the height restrictions have been changed for all the rides, heights have been increased, I think following the recent theme park accidents on some rides.
Overall though a great day out, park nicely laid out, food can be a bit expensive, but is good. Lots of parking so not likely to not be able to park but might have a bit of a walk to the entrance to the park.

B. D.Comprehensive pet store. Seems to look after its live stock well. Capable dog grooming that we use regularly. Perhaps a little pricey and stock not always replenished swiftly. Staff knowledgeable and helpful but sometimes in short supply. Plenty of parking and many other useful stores nearby including a Tesco Extra and KFC. Avoid busiest traffic times for best experience.
E. K.Easy access off the A12 makes getting there nice and easy. There's plenty of parking spaces available to make life easier. The building is large, brightly lit, spacious and filled with every kind of pet product imaginable from dog nappies (?) to bearded dragons and tropical fish to guinea pigs the variety and choice is large. All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful.
A. G.This store has every possible thing for all of your pet needs. All foods for most pets you can think of. There is a on site veterinary service aswell as a grooming store for pampering your pooch. It also has a good selection of tropical fish and reptiles.
T.Always helpful. The vet at the back of the store is a bonus. Animals seem to be looked after well. Have had fish and now on 2nd hamster from there. First hamster lived to be almost 2 years old from when we first got him
