Had my appointment this morning at 9AM here at Ipswich library, had a wonderful experience, it was hassle free, fast and on-time services.
The Library is just 8 mins away from the Ipswich railway station by bus and 20 mins away by walk.
The Library opens sharp at 9AM.
The visa biometrics services are carried out in the first floor, the receptionist was welcoming and make you feel comfort.
The visa official lady (name starting with 'J') was absolutely brilliant, friendly and helpful, was clearly mentioning all the processes being done.
Really appreciate the excellent services done at Ipswich library 😊

We regularly borrow books from the library. staffs were very helpful to provide us with library cards when we newly moved to Ipswich from India.
They also conduct events for kids and their website is up-to-date with all the information.

Library is very nice, plenty of space.
E. L.A lovely spacious library. Very large with lots of areas to sit and read. There is an excellent period reading room on the first floor with plenty of tables and space to work, sit and read or study. The library has a little bit of everything, there is also a cafe.
