H.Ordered some nice Amtico flooring from here. I had my own fitter so can't comment in fitting service. But the actual flooring comes directly from supplier so I was pleased with product and ability to just pick up when it was ready. The actual showroom is quite large and has a good variety of different flooring for you to look at.
A. R.Visited this store having ordeted some real wood top flooring from another company but was not one hundred percent happy with the product based on some negative reviews. I was prepared to cancel my order and purchase from a different supplier. I spoke to Andy about my concerns and was pleasantly surprised by his very honest advice. Although I did not buy from this store Andy and his colleague were super helpful with the knowledge they shared with me concerning the type of flooring and aftercare needed to preserve the flooring moving forward.
I don't write too many reviews but thought that this particular shop should be given its credit based on my experience. I will definitely be purchasing from these guys in the future. Absolutely Brilliant.
M. O.Visited Floorstore to choose a floor for my loft space. I was not sure which type of flooring would be best. Staff member Matt could not have been more helpful, he explained the different options and pros and cons of each. He took consideration of my budget and did not try to sell me more expensive products that I could not afford. Matt is very knowledgeable and approachable. I am super happy with the floor I chose it looks excellent. I will definitely shop here again for my next flooring.

P. K.I have been buying carpets from Floorstore, since it was Jim,s carpets in the 60s.
It has grown enormously since those early days, due to hard work and superb service, from managment to
many friendly fitters.. and I no longer have to climb up some long gone rickety stairs to see the range of flooring available, as was the case way back when it all began.
I cannot imagine shopping anywhere else for flooring and hopefully there will be no more lockdowns, so that I can choose a new bathroom floor for the new bathroom about to be fitted.

S. G.Outstanding customer service from the whole team. Steve & Simon were very helpful in providing their advice about which carpets would be best value etc. The fitter did a great job, including planing the doors. When we raised the query that one of smaller carpet patches had some oil marks on from the cutting machine, they came back out to replace instantly and for free of course. Would recommend the Floorstore to anyone!

Ian the carpet fitter spent a long time working up samples for edging on my stair runner to ensure I had a huge range of choice in different colours. I couldn’t be happier with the end product. B.It was daunting to have to pick new flooring for my first house but yourself and everyone from beginning to end made it easy and really helped me understand what I needed to be aware of when picking flooring. From my first visit to the store when I saw the vast choice available and was guided through the various options, to my carpets and wood flooring being laid this week, everything seemed so much easier than I had imagined. Sean and Steve were patient and explained everything (sometimes more than once) and also showed me cheaper options and the floor fitters were really nice, friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.
