Great shop and really friendly staff. Wide range of vaping products & lots of liquids. I need to admit I'm a little bit fussy regarding how e-liquid should taste. Ellie suggests which liquid I should buying based on my feedback and She's spot on. They advise you which liquid would be adequate for your tank and what is most important they are not ripping you off like other shops. Highly recommended if you buy in store! Slightly rip off when you order online.

Absolutely excellent service from this place. Wayne served me the first time, and helped me get my first piece of kit (Voopoo Mojo, which I'd had my eye on)... he was super helpful/knowledgeable. Had a tiny issue with a faulty coil and the response via online chat was instant (very impressed). The owner called me straight back and arranged for the issue to be sorted by Lewis in store the very next day, he even threw in a free 50ml bottle of liquid. Can't rate these guys enough. Bang tidy!

I went in earlier today after purchasing a sub par vape kit from another supplier. I’ll admit even though I switched to Vaping years ago I’m not that clued up about the logistics. The staff really took the time to explain the different types of kits available, what my options were and then present a good deal based upon my expectations and budget. Having used various e-cig shops locally I visited fresh in guiseley, they sell their own liquids in a variety of flavors, including Grape soda (a flavor i had been searching for) the liquids all have great long lasting flavors which is great. The products and liquids are well priced, and the staff, unlike some places I’ve been in don’t pressure you to buy unnecessary things or spend unnecessary money. They staff are always friendly and chat, they have a great knowledge of the products they sell, Ellie who I see fairly often, is very nice and knowledgeable. A credit to the store and company Fresh has other shops locally including greengates which is an added bonus for me, as I work near guiseley and live near the greengates store.. Now I recommend fresh to anyone who asks as I’ve found it to be by far one the best, friendliest vape shops locally

First time I have ever had to repost my review or change my mind . I had originally put a review on Just to put the shop on the map and disabled access to it , but boy what a breath of fresh air this place is ! (pun intended) . It has lit up the high street from a somewhat dreary dark green to a vibrant white /blue . It’s a very modern futuristic looking shop and is immaculate inside . This fills me with confidence especially with the products they sell .Strangely I can’t wait for winter when the shop lights up the street ! Looking forward to seeing further developments .

I’ve been using FRESH for a long time now and I can happily say that their flavours are the only ones that have stopped me smoking and the staff are the most helpful staff I’ve ever met and also greet me with a smile would highly recommend to anyone looking to stop smoking or people who want good liquid !

Came in to look at some of the vast flavours made in house. Staff are chatty, friendly and utmost helpful. Left with their New York Dream Cake and Oreo flavour. Gorgeous flavours, not harsh, no overdose of coil killing sugars and very smooth. I also brought a friend in a few hours later for a pack of 18650. He's new to vaping and again the staff proved extremely helpful. To say they make their own stock the price does not reflect this and therefore it resulted in a cheaper cost of what I'd class as premium vape brands but still leaving with a fantastic product no matter the flavour.
