Absolutely a credit to the reptile loving public. Got the number,spoke to the guy and arranged my plastic tub dividers,arrived on time and are excellent. Will certainly use again if I need something and I suggest for plastic tub dividers,use these guys. Very reliable, trustworthy and easy to sort what I wanted out.

Really helpful and knowledgeable, I had been to a few other large chain pet shops and it was like pulling teeth trying to get a straight answer on whether what I wanted would be available for Xmas, luckily I found this shop and with a deposit taken over the phone I could secure everything and pick up for Xmas. I ordered this snake from Rothwells, from ordering to receiving her today at 12.45pm, I have experienced nothing but a fantastic service, Danni from Rothwells was so extremely helpful, putting up with my many questions I had, and giving lots of advice, I never once found that I had no clue, so knowledgeable and really really helpful, can't be any happier. I ordered my snake to be couriered, and the man rang to say he's on his way, and was lovely on drop off, highly recommend this shop. Thank you to everyone.

Visited here, on recommendation from others, to buy a bearded dragon. Really helpful staff, very knowledgeable and caring. Really good quality pets & live food too. Easy parking outside too - Morrison's car park.

Bought a calico spider ball python and got lots of good advice from the owners. They even let me hold any of the ball pythons so that I could get a good look at them. Amazing prices as well!!! Would definitely recommend it

Absolutely fantastic. I make Rothwell Pets my first place to go - and even if Morrisons might have what I want. The young lady who has learned from her Dad has made further improvements which makes this the place to go for all things pets. Show your pet your love and go here - you'll be in good hands.

I wanted 2 budgies and because I had a problem with obtaining the cage the had to keep them for a few days which they did with no complaints. They keep all their pets very well and are very friendly people. I recommend this shop.

This store is without any faults, husbandry is all on point, water bowls clean, substrate clean, tempratures and humidity of animals is clear to be seen, very knowledgable staff knowing care, latin names and friendly. Deffinatly a place to visit. Well worth a 6 hour round trip!

It's got great pets however I wasn't allowed to look at them even through the glass so I didn't know what I wanted to buy so I just had to leave? It's because of corona of course but not allowed to look through the glass, I understand not being able to touch them but you know
