I regularly visit St Gemma’s. The staff are always kind and helpful. The goods are extremely good value, particularly the books. They are also mindful of everyone’s safety and keep doors open for ventilation. It is definitely my favourite shop and I always receive a warm welcome. I wish to thank all the staff for the wonderful work they so cheerfully and for making shopping there such a pleasant experience.

I bought a sofa from them last weekend i have a problem with it and the lady i spoke to was so lovely she made me feel that people really do care about the costumer she told me it will be sorted out and not to worry I don't know the ladies name just that she's the manager so i just wanted to say thank you to her
