I came into the store totally unprepared for the issue I needed solving and she went completely out of her way to get me exactly what I needed. Served by Stacey, service was great and she listened to what I wanted and offered me a afew products to choose from. For a first time vaper I didn't feel at all pressured into buying the most expensive and I'm very happy with my product. Shop was really clean.

Absolute best for vaping in Leeds. Hands down. I go regularly, even just for chat. Having read the negative reviews (and not that many I must say..) below, the only plausible explanation is that the reviewers are those that think customer experience is subjective only to the vendor.. if you had a negative experience, it’s probably because you were rude or demanding, likely both. I’m genuinely glad to have found such a sound bunch of folk that know their stuff and really take an interest. My batteries had drained in one of my faulty mods and the new fella, can’t recall his name, took my batteries home with him and brought them back good as new! ( he’s been building and modifying devices for years i think). Didn’t ask this of him, I just regularly frequent for coils, liquid and hardware and treat them with the respect they deserve. If you currently go to SMKD and are sick of the supervisor there (no names mentioned, but we all know who he is..) look no further.

So, I visited this shop for the magical reason: a new flavour!! Why I chose Phil's Shorts Jellyshot and took it home is beyond me, but I was not pushed for this buy. It was my own destiny to start bad. Don't get me wrong on the flavour though. Maybe, the Jellyshot flavour works for other people. But for me, it was a horrible mistake. Taking no help or not asking for advice was my failure, in hindsight this is pretty clear. Since dealing with failures is a great personal hobby , I visited the shop again armed with a new found sense of humility and this time threw myself at the mercy and knowledge of the staff. The staff gave me testers to try out to gauge where my tastes lie!!! Walked away with three flavours that just blew my mind away, and my olfactory senses. This shop is highly recommended, primarily for the great service and then for the collection, location and sheer stock. Hats off and yes, I am returning when I run out. One suggestion to the store management though: Having testers that walk in customers like me can vape and feel the favour will be highly desirable. I do understand that you have an excess of 600 flavours, and in practicality storing every flavour as a tester is humongous task, but if you can try to solve it, benign solutions can come out!!!!

Best place to buy all ecig gear! Amazing staff members Victoria and Rab! Very helpful and helped me out loads when I didn't know how to use ecigs! This is now the only place I go for liquids! Keep up the great work guys :)

I happened to find this store in Leeds and after a bad experience in Your Castleford branch recently I had to see if it was your company or your staff. I am happy to say it’s definitely not the company as Gosia was AMAZING. I do struggle to see how the level of service differs so vastly between 2 shops within the same company.

Was a little dubious about going to buy one of these as a gift. Went in this one because it did not have that awful full of smoke look and gangs of people hanging about the place like the some of the others you see in Leeds. Surprised at all these negative reviews. It was refreshing to see smart ladies in a shop like this and acting professional. My hubby is happy and so am I! Will definitely be back

Despite initial problems with a vape pen, I got a full refund. The staff are friendly and full of useful info for the vape beginner. It's a nice sized shop on Albion street, with a full range of vape flavours to test. It's near the car park, the gym and Vision Express, so you can park the car, buy some vape juice, get your eyes tested and go the gym all in one go. What's not to like ?

VPZ is a wonderful shop. The staff are incredibly helpful, with a huge shout out to Gosia who is an absolute delight, so helpful and so kind. I’m fairly new to vaping so have asked lots of questions and have found all the advice to be absolutely spot on. There are just not enough shops out there with this personal a shopping experience and I cannot recommend VPZ highly enough ♥️
