Went into store today as I thought I needed a differnt type of vape due to mine leaking (vape not brought form here) they advised me to change my oil rather than spend more money on a vape, nice to know they want to help and not just get you to payout for something you don't need. Will definitely be back as the customer service was outstanding 👌🏻

Having had my vape stolen I was recommended this place by several people. He was very knowledgeable about the products they sold, didn't force me to buy expensive but actually told me they sold cheaper on their website. I did buy one for £50 + 3 free liquids.

Great shop. My go to place... after 4 years of vaping I see no reason to go anywhere else... the opening hours are good so I can go after work or on a weekenf... the staff are awesome, very friendly and know what they are talking about. They have a great range of stock and are very rarely out of anything. They carry all the essentials with a good range of coils, batteries, chargers, tips and replacement parts.

Really great vape shop with extensive range of vape equipment and juices. Well worth a closer look, though parking can be a little difficult as it is on the forecourt of a service station. Bonus as you can fill up at the same time. Nice helpful staff though and all juices are available for sampling which is really great!!

The girls at the Enderby shop are excellent, they're friendly, helpful and always smiling. It's such a shame they have so little stock aimed at those who want more than a starter kit. For the new vapers, I can't fault them, plenty of high pg liquid and a fair selection of basic kit. However if you want something rebuildable or something decent, they just don't carry anything. There are no seats or coffee machine to encourage a friendly social aspect, let's be honest the longer you stay, the more you're likely to buy. It does seem that who ever does the procurement, doesn't keep in touch with new gear that's available, as they don't seem to get much new until it's been out for many months. You go in and ask if they have a certain thing, to be told "sorry but we don't stock it". This shop could be so much better, the really successful shops I have visited don't just want you to buy a few bits and leave. They are places to find out information, a place for vapers to help other vapers, places to be tempted by the latest new devices, places to have a coffee and try out something new etc, etc.

I went into this shop on the morning of the 17/05/18. Being a novice with little experience of e-cigarettes, I was grateful to be served by a very patient, extremely knowledgable lady. I had everything explained to me clearly and in thorough detail. I walked out of the shop with my new e-cig feeling very happy with the service. It is now Sunday and I remain delighted with the product and I’m using my e-cig successfully, unlike previous attempts. I will definitely use this shop again. Many thanks, Shelagh

Huge selection of vapes. 4 stars only because I found it hard to select juice as I wanted a 100ml pot and there was so many options. Customer service was excellent. Shop very clean.

Ok a year on, and I still go there.....however not to buy much....they have very little that an experienced vaper would want to buy, if you don't like Smok (I personally hate the stuff, with a passion) then there's little else on their shelves 😔 such a shame really, as the girls are still really helpful and friendly, they are the only reason I still go, I ask what new stuff they've got and each time it's either, we have the new Smok.....or tell us what you're after. When you tell them, they pass it on, and they're never allowed to get it in 😔😔, so basically they're being held back by there lack of new products, the lack of any rebuildable supplies, the lack of mods that appeal to anyone that doesn't want cheap chinesium or flashing lights......there is no seating, no facility to get something to drink, and they only seem to get gear that was wanted six months ago......the shop could be sooooooo much better........ The girls are friendly and helpful, good place to visit if you're new to vaping and fancy trying a starter kit. Plenty of flavours to try before you buy, if you're more of an accomplished vaper then you'll not find much that you'll want hardware wise as there are no rebuilding supplies and nothing in the way of decent rebuildable tanks or drippers. No seating either, so there's no where to sit but at least you can buy a drink from the adjoining garage shop.

Excellent little vape shop. you can test all the Vape juices they sell... best little shop I have come across and the owners are friendly and helpful.... if you drive you can only park two cars so the little walk to the shop is well worth the visit

Frequent visitor to Best4Ecigs, the staff are super friendly and very helpful. My personal favorite E-liquid is their "Loaded, Glazed Doughnuts" awesome, sweet tasting flavour and a grate vape experience. Purchased the "Aspire Cleito" vape tank today. WOW, what a difference this has made to my vaping! with the factory fitted 0.4 Ohm coil running at 40 watts and air holes fully wide, loads of flavor and chucking plenty of vape clouds :) far better than the standard Kangertech top tank! Cheers Ladies The Doughnut Man :)
