Brilliant customer service, very friendly and very knowledgeable and no 'hard sell': the owners listened to my needs and advised accordingly. Very impressed! You certainly wouldn't have got this approach if shopping online!

Nipped in today as I had run out of my usual juice which hadn't been delivered over the Christmas period. Spoke to the person on duty whom who was really pleasant and helpful and left with some good value ejuice. I would definitely recommend a visit and I myself will visit again in the not too distant future for some more.

Went to this shop for the first time yesterday, the chap working was very welcoming and knowledgeable (without being condescending, as I'm admittedly a vape noob!) . I walked away with 3 bottles of his own brand of vape liquid and they are great. Good smoke/cloud production and a fantastic flavour profile at a very reasonable price point. Would highly recommend a visit here.

Just been to The Vape House for the first time to get an upgraded version to an ancient old one. Friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, just what you need when there’s so much to choose from. The artwork Ade has done on the walls is unreal!!!!!! So nice to know we have all this locally right on our doorstep. Oh and the Apple Pie Custard oil is to die for !!!!!!

Great stock, excellent customer service, always there to help out and not to rip you off. Great quality home made juice at a reasonable price. Today I Went in with a problem with my vape, anywhere else would of told me to buy another vape and instead they got all their kit out and took the vape apart and managed to fix the problem free of charge. Totally different vape shop I've ever been in, the artwork is worth visiting for on its own.. amazing, hundreds of flavours and most of them you can try before you buy. I wanted a coil but I ended up getting a new device and a load of liquids. The staff knowledge was impressive telling me stuff I'd never heard from anywhere else.
