What a great service This company offers. 7pm on a Sunday afternoon and I’m browsing the Internet for a new tank for my recently brought vape. I came across these online and press the chat button as I wasn’t sure the product I was looking at was the correct one? Within less than a minute, someone was back in touch with me to help me with my online purchase and I was admittedly a bit sceptical if it would fit or not but only a few days later. The new tank has arrived and is perfect. Was so well packaged to avoid any damage. I would say it would have been impossible for any heavy-handed to delivery service to break it. Shame that these guys don’t have a store closer to me, but now I know how good the online service is I would not go anywhere else Thank you A************

So I popped in just before the new year, smoked for 22 years and have tried every solution known to man to stop, but I hadn't tried vaping. Boy oh boy am I glad I did. Shop is beautiful well lit, clean, doesn't feel like a grungy vape shop. Richard clearly explained the range of devices to me and the different types of juices, I did not feel at any point that I was buying anything but genuinely felt like I was having a stop smoking consultation with an expert, I think part of that was Richard being so personable and an ex-smoker himself he understood exactly where I was coming from. I opted for a device (pictured) that was suited to me and it was set up for the way I smoke or draw my inhales, the juice is a mix of tobacco and vanilla though difficult to explain the flavor! Anyway give RY4 a bash I recommend it or El-Toro I was torn between the two of them. Highly recommend visiting this place the short and long of it is I haven't touched a cigarette in over two weeks, reduced the nicotine content of my juice from 18mg to 12mg and it's all thanks to these guys.
