It's one of those shops where even if they don't have what you went in for then u will still come out with a basket or trolley full of great things. Food, DIY equipment, decor, car bits, garden bits, kids toys, clothes, shoes, stationary. Just to name a few. Alcohol, perfume and aftershave, animal food, furniture etc. They always have something different for every taste also. Fantastic place to go for presents especially Christmas for all the family. Something for everyone. Prices are fantastic. Enjoy your shop

Went there the other day, 62 yr old,retired but working. Lovely girl on far check out- smiled to all people, smiled to me was kind 😊 was like a daughter- the beautiful charming personality - said no to receipt - should of kept it to say how FAB she was. Must of made everyone's day x

Lots of choice and loads to buy/browse. The walkways had excess goods on palates waiting to be stocked on shelves on our 2 most recent visits. Some shelves were virtually empty whilst others looked very messy. Budget clothing at not so budget prices appear very thin and flimsy. A water flask was purchased and it was only when we got home that we realised it had no spout or straw. We were going to change it at an alternative store only to find it was being sold at a cheaper price.

I love when doing a review on a superstore or shop as it asks if I'd like to upload a photo... now why would I want to take a photo of inside a supermarket? Lol. Well B&M is a good store, they seem to have a large amount of goods at low prices including DIY and seasonal items too, can't believe that I'm writing this review in September and they are starting to bring out Christmas items. But like I say its a good shop, good prices and I've been here many times and I will be back many times too.

Love B&M store..lovely clean and fresh. Whilst in there this morning..I'm a lady who has Chrones Disease and I asked one member off staff if I could use a toilet. She said no and walked off. I didn't feel she gave me time to explain my situation 😕 so I asked another member off staff on my way out if I could leave my trolly and come back and explained why. I would like to thank the lady for listening to me and making sure I could use the toilets.. then off course I finished my shopping..all disabilities are not visible.

This had been done up since I last went in, as I've been going to other one in Lincoln. It was a much better experience, tidier, cleaner and easier to get around. Also had more stock in than I've seen in there for a long time.

One of.my kids needed the toilet so we had to leave early. Not.for.the first time! If they want you to spend time in their store they need to provide these facilities, it's a basic human function which should be catered for in all stores.

Pinboard I wanted was in stock although quality was poor. Frame corner missing a staple which I had to repair and the board wasn't thick enough as the pins slightly stuck out the backing!! However, it was half the price of other shops so I swapped the pins supplied for drawing pins and made do. Pleasant young lady served me, queue at tills only 2 or 3 for each till.....Will certainly go back as always a good range of stock and pretty decent prices.

Good value home and food products. This store does more home decoration and has a dresser section than the other store in outer circle but still a great store. Worth a look around.

Standard B&M store, overall quite good. The main thing which I understand the reasoning behind but should be changed in my opinion is when you want to quickly enter, grab what you want and leave but you have to walk through the entire food/snack section to be able to proceed further which is a bit of a waste of time when you're not interested in getting food products there.

Well stocked, staff were friendly. My only criticism is that a lot of the prices were missing on the shelves, making it difficult to price up a lot of my shopping. (This was an issue in the DIY and home sections only - food sections seemed better).

A great store who have dealt with Covid restrictions very well. Staff always seem happy and are always helpful and the layout of the store is very good. The extended food section is very convenient, I like that they have consistent brands and lines in stock.

Place seemed very clean and working in line with government guidance with regards to covid-19. Service was friendly and efficient, including excellent help from one of the stock replenishers (I believe his name was Jay) in finding a product that I was struggling to locate. He was incredibly polite and professional, and even offered help via product knowledge. I was pleasantly surprised by such excellent service and felt this warranted a review.

My other half lost his phone from his pocket when getting into the car. When we finally realised it was lost I rung it and a lovely lady said that someone had found it outside in the car park and that she had it safe and sound. I just want to say a huge thank you to the person who found it and handed it in and also to the amazing staff at b&m who looked after it until we went to collect it. It really does restore your faith in humanity. Thank you again you wonderful people. 😊

Has everything you are looking for! From rugs to toys, candles to food and sweets to room decor. You can find any thing at B&M. And the staff are so helpful. I would recommend going to this shop.

I do like shopping at this B&M, however I personally don’t find it stocked as well as the Deacon Road store. I’m always on the hunt for the Australian Cadbury’s chocolate that they show on their Facebook page but when I go to the Tritton Road store they seem to have nothing in stock on those, so I use Deacon Road for that. Other items I can easily get here so it’s not much of a problem.

I visited this store around 7pm, more staff than customers, perfect to doing a quick shop for essentials during lockdown 3. Staff are always polite and busy working, even when it's quiet. All staff i meet in store apart from the checkout lady wore face masks. There are good clear 2 meter markings throughout the store. Always plenty of hand sanitiser (I have my own, so can't comment on quality) and anti bac spray to put on your trolley/basket when you enter the store.

As a store I frequent often it is typically well staffed and easy to find what you're looking for, which if you're here is surplus nicknacks and value food. Good choice for festive decorations on a budget. Could stand to be cleaner though

They have such alot of choice of items for the home to make it cosy without the high prices. They also sell some food basics such as beverages, biscuits, snacks, a small selection of refrigerated/frozen foods and confectionary. There is always a good variety of seasonal items throughout the year.

Huge selection of products, but during this and previous pandemics we found some of the aisles to be far too close together to make 2 metres separation possible, maybe making them 1way would help and put notices down aisles asking people not to reach over other costumers trolleys to reach items off shelves as this is putting them to within 1 metre!!!!

Prices ok. Some are cheaper elsewhere, but they sell budget bands like everready which are cheap but your getting cheap that no one else sells. Store smells of sweat.. No seriously I don't know if it's the store or the customers in there. It's not pleasant. Staff friendly and nice. Asile are a little crammed. Wouldn't attempt to push a trolley around

No cue to get in because they aren't limiting the amount of people in the store, they haven't put in a one way system around the store either, the only thing they are doing is 1 long cue for all the tills and reminding people to keep 2 meters apart

B&M is the Magic Kingdom of shopping! #1 - it's laid out in a very handy long snaky aisle. #2 - every other thing is unicorn themed (very important). #3 - there is a board game where you have to try not to step on the poo and another where you have to pop spots/pimples. #4 - there's just loss of stuff that you never knew you needed! Always a fun experience!

One of them places were you wife says "I'll only be 5 minutes" and your left sat in the car like a twonk for 30. She then returns with an assortment of bags after only going in for one thing. You worry she's blown the weeks shopping budget to find it came to less than a afternoon with the lads In the pub. Plus she's bought you loads of stuff you didn't realise you needed.
