J. M.A huge thank you to Martin Mason for his help, knowledge, expertise and advice when I telephoned the store to ask for guidance with a suitable paint for my wooden door. The door now looks amazing like new after using the amazing Sadolin Super satin opaque with a 10 year protection exterior guarantee even better. I am thrilled with the results and the transaction was very smooth and not as stressful as I had imagined. Martin was incredibly helpful, the service and knowledge was second to no other. I highly recommend the crown decorating Centre and the product.
L. B.After a fraught journey to get to the centre (match day traffic and roadworks) I just arrived as Mandy was about to close. Instead of turning me away she welcomed me in, gave me the relevant advice, and sold me what I needed meaning I could get on with my decorating today! This lady is an absolute credit to Crown, going over and above in her customer service. This is the second time I have experienced this from her and having only moved to Lincoln 1 1/2 years ago wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else and if I could be served by Mandy each time then life would be great! Look after this staff member as she is worth her weight in gold for her knowledge and attentiveness.

Paint matching and custom colour service is perfect every time, they’ll try to match any colour you give them, if it’s a difficult match they will even send it to head office for an even more accurate match.
The prices are incredible, way more competitive than the likes of Screwfix and B&Q.

N. L.We Can't thank Aaron in your Lincoln branch enough! After several trips to other d.i.y stores and lots of failed tester pots later we finally found out perfect colours . Aaron was very understanding and listened carefully to our needs. He mixed up our colours for us and perfected them by adding other colours to get exactly the right shade we wanted. He was extremely patient with us.Now I've got the home and tested them on the wall, they are perfect.

A. T.Really good range of products. We've been looking for wallpaper and this is the biggest range by far of anywhere in the area, although it's all in books and you have to order it, none for sale immediately. Lots of paint and decorating accessories available there though.
