Yesterday I discovered this shop in Lincoln. What a find and I shall be returning! Excellent knowledge and service , absolutely no over selling (I've found out all their shops are run for &the by their employees) and a good range of goods.They helped me with and supplied everything I was looking for (and it was quite a list!) or sourced it for me. Oh the more shops were like this - the high street would be a better place!

I recently bought a lens from LCE in Lincoln. The chap I spoke to on the phone was Rob. He was very helpful, easy to deal with and managed to get me the lens I wanted at the right price. I bought it at 1:30pm - it was shipped out later that day and I had it the next morning. Great service.

Back in the summer I was looking for a specific microphone adapter for my GoPro. I contacted Jacob at the Lincoln branch and he managed to find one in their Bristol branch and have it posted to me just 1 day later. I was in desperate need for this adapter to enable me to record proper audio at my brother's wedding (everywhere in Europe was sold out and GoPro had 000's of backorders that they didn't know when they'd be able to fulfil) - Jacob went above and beyond to help and truly saved the day. These guys were so helpful and managed to help when literally no one else could (I'd be researching online and phoning round various places in the UK and abroad for days). Thank you so much for all your help Jacob. I highly recommend these guys with their exceptional customer service!! Also...I managed to capture some pretty good footage at the wedding and the adapter enabled the use of the external microphone perfectly! (Sorry that it's taken me so long to leave you guys a review).

Bought a pair of Opticron 14x30 imagic is binoculars from here. Next day 9.30 am delivery tracked all the way. The binoculars are simply stunning!!!

Very enthusiastic young man served me, was knowledgeable, didn't have what I wanted but offered to ring other shop in lincoln to Check, very good of him! Bought similar item in shop instead.
