Just received my order of 3 beautiful wrendale pictures only placed 2 days ago fantastic service fast delivery & well packaged & very good value , would highly recommend this company & use again myself.

Ordered an item on a Saturday knowing that it wouldn't be posted until the Monday (read the delivery information), but also got a lovely email from Jenny the owner (I assume) to let me know that next day delivery would mean posting Monday, receiving Tuesday. This was just before Christmas, when I am sure they were busy, so kudos to her for taking the time to keep customers informed and getting the item posted quickly and since it was glass, well packaged as it was in great condition when it arrived. Many thanks for excellent customer service.

Order arrived quite quickly but what let it down was the quality check of items if one is done. I ordered a notebook as a gift.and had to go out to shops to buy something else as packaging on book was ripped and had been resealed as no adhesive left on 1 side and book corners not best condition or white mark on back. Elastic to hold book closed very loose as if been overstretched. Will donate to charity auction as quality not good enough for a gift. Giraffe flask was brilliant and would highly recommend it. 1st time I used this company and would return for selected items but not books etc. Cant leave reviews on feefo unless asked by company it seems which seems selective.
