M. W.Huge store; lovely place to shop. Bought a Tesco brand frying pan; wrong size (of course!) Returned next day, without receipt, couldn't find a smaller pan so was given a full 'Tesco card holder' refund - no problem, but a very nice Customer Service lady.

This is normaly my go to shop but i might have to retink it.

D. L.It's Tesco. It's my favourite supermarket. I go to Tesco for almost all of my shopping - only needing to go elsewhere on the rare occasion that Tesco is out of stock of an unsubstitutable item.
Always clean, always pleasant and always helpful staff.

S. B.Massive store with one of the most extensive ranges I’ve seen in a supermarket. Well laid out, checkout staff were friendly enough, but there’s loads of self service machines if you prefer with no queuing needed. Decent store.
N. O.A staff member was very kind and sympathetic when I made many mistakes. I was flustered and felt unwell but she continued to be patient without being patronising. I left the supermarket feeling supported.

J. M.It's a good store I find that things are very easy to find, the staff are friendly and helpful. The shelves can be sparce at times but that is result of the times we live in. I do have 1 issue I wish they would update and improve there dvd selection I know people stream now but some of us still collect.
S. R.It's a large shop full to the rafters with stuff , a pharmacist , an optician , a working lift , toilets that don't smell , a cafe that I had some very nice food from , nice cup of tea too . Most of the staff are helpful and pleasant even after dealing with the general public , quite a feat.
Go there , relax wander and peruse . I shall return even if only for a quiet hour in the cafe 👍
S. G.Popped in for a few bits to complete the Christmas dinner and it was soo busy. Hardly any Christmas food, treats or gifts left. Most shelves were bare including the popular alcohol selections.
Big queues at the check out but expected for number of people in there.
Avoid at this time of year, its carnage!

D. G.Lovely clean store. All Covid measures in place. I only popped in for a few bits after Christmas, so didn't explore the whole store but it was a great shopping experience.

D. F.The store is encouraging people to shop alone it is a shame that still people dont and the spare partner will dither and wander about the aisle. People also need to be aware of controlling their children and not having them run around. The click and collect service is great.

I think it's a little poorly signposted, I'm looking for it and sometimes I give up. As I have a suggestion to make a coffee so that we can have a snack with pizza, cakes, coffee etc...
Also improve packaging
I stopped buying croasan because the packages are not well closed and are too dry

Acho que está um pouco mal sinalizado fico a procura e as vezes desisto. Como tenho uma sugestão colocar fazer um café para que possamos lanchar com pizza bolos cafés etc..
Também melhorar as embalagens
Deixei de comprar croasan por as embalagens não são bem fechadas e ficam muito secos
