Carpets, lovley. They also was kind enough to leave a big pile of extra carpet in my front room with the carpet adhesive, so I managed to do my whole upstairs hallway and straight treads using all this not the best as I've never done this before but thanks to these i had plenty to work with. Would recommend.

Went to buy a carpet remnant /end of roll, had a good selection, also looked at another local company. Decided in the end to buy a nice quality roll at a discounted price. Person in the store very helpful, opened up the roll of carpet so we could check it for any defects, all good. Even managed to get more discount with my Defense Discount Card. A very happy customer

I’ve used united for a while and had a few carpets and conservatory done in LVT. Bradley has been nothing but help every time I’ve been in store. Definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the carpet. A few issues along the way but all sorted by John and Bradley who were very helpful. Fitters did a great job on our tricky staircase. Have had carpets done throughout the house in the past by these guys and would use again.

Ok, service in store can not fault. I ended up taking over this. A few days prior, my mum had visited the store and paid for the carpet and underlay. I was only supposedly staying in for the carpet fitter to come and do the work and go again (with the mum being away) however, this did not turn out as expected. My mum got a phone call that morning saying that the fitter had broken down and that they would let us know ASAP what time they would be there. My mum gave the store my number to contact me and I had all dealings with the store from then on. An hour and a half went by and I heard nothing, so I contacted the store who said that they would try and contact the driver to find out more info. They got back to me within 5 minutes to say that they could not get hold of the fitter. They also said that they had been tying to contact other fitters all morning however failed to do this so could not get this sorted. I ended up asking if they would let me take the carpet etc for me to do it mysef. Because of the nuisance they also chucked in some gripper rods and a door bar for free, which came in handy when fitting the carpet. After now seeing previous reviews I am glad I decided to fit the carpet myself as there are may posts unhappy with the results. I can not fault the workers at the store as I feel that they provided great customer service. However, the only thing that they need to do is invest in some decent vehicles for their workers to use as one of them stated "we have had problems with that van before". Great service, just let down that the company haven't invested in decent equipment for their fitters to use.

Friendly service and cold hard truths. No waffle or flannel from staff which is how I like it. Very reasonably priced on beds which is what I went in for. Definitely shop again.

perfect experience - Dont know what the first user experienced but i experienced the absolute opposite - very friendly and knowledgeable staff - knew their product. great prices and even got an upgrade on my underlay for free - fitted free the next day, couldn't believe how good the service was- Fantastic!

Easy to get to. Car park tiny but it's never busy. Staff friendly and helpful. However did find they are pricier than Wilsons Carpets round the corner on Wragby Rd.
