Excellent quality and service, this is the first time I have used this company for floor tiles. We used them on a camper van conversion to make a lovely floor ,I fitted them myself so can say they are lovely to work with and join very well in fact you can hardly see the joins The company do offer a fitting service , can't comment there as said I fitted myself . Very very pleased would highly recommend this company should I need flooring in my house I will definitely be ordering again

Very good quality floor tiles and fitting specialist. Our Community Centre looks fab now with our new carpets. There were unforeseen problems with our floors but everything was taking care of professionally and courteously. A very professional service from this company, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality service from start to finish. I ordered lvt herringbone at a very competitive price after speaking with Ross. I did have another fitter but after a phone call from Steve I decided to go with DCTUK fitters. Gave me a very competitive fitting price and a date of my choice. A day before the fitter arrived leanne called to make sure everything was ready to go and all the necessary checks we're made. Floor fitters arrived and did a amazing job. Would 110% use this company again. Thanks for a fantastic looking floor. 5 star plus.

We wnted carpet tiles for our new training centre, so had a look on DCTUK website, the choice colours and styles is fantastic. The room size calculator was a god send, we ordered 44 square meters along with the adhesive required. Everything was delivered within 2 days. I had struggled to find a reputable retailer to provide LVT tiles in the style, colour and pattern I wanted… I had been let down a few times and time was of the essence. I stumbled across DCTUK through Google, made an enquiry online and was telephoned by a chap called Lewis at 9am the next day. Within moments he secured the quantity of tiles I needed (and most importantly loved!) His communication was excellent. He reserved the stock for a couple of days whilst I was sorting out the finances and also was able to secure the tiles at a better price than advertised. From the start of the transaction to the delivery, he was checking in every step of the way and made me feel like a truly valued customer. Excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended.

Ordered some flooring for my kitchen. Ordered it on the Sunday and was told it would be here on the Friday,when it didn’t turn up they were quick to respond to my email and it arrived on the Monday as promised. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Seriously! One of few that deliver to NI. Using pallet service you always have to rely on th quality of the delivery firm. Got a smashed box. DCT replaced it no bother at all and their support was fantastic. I haven’t fitted any yet but it seems good quality gear.

I have been buying from DCT for a number of years after finding them on a Google search. I am a Facilities Manager and undertake a lot of refurbishment projects that involve flooring. DCT agreed some great prices with me and have always been really helpful giving advice regarding quality and colours. We have always had quick deliveries and good quality from DCT. I also value the friendly and helpful team that work there as nothing is too much trouble and of course we all enjoy the Christmas song! I highly recommend DCT for your flooring supplies, I wouldn't buy from anyone else!
