The best vape store in Liverpool, extremely friendly staff, came in for a coil change and then changed it and serviced my vape getting it looking brand new! If your looking to get more liquids or your brand new to vaping this is 100% the spot to visit!

Vape store guys know their stuff, I highly recommend having a chat with them for your next upgrade! Had my first piercing here yesterday and I have to say it is fantastic there, the lady who sorted my septum had me in and out in what felt like 10 minutes. It hurt a lot less than expected 😁 I'm sure I'll be back as soon as I can afford more metal 👌

I’ve had a few vapes from here, starting with my first one over 4 years ago. Each time they have listened to my needs and what I want, and then advised accordingly. My latest purchase was done over the phone during lockdown, and the service was amazing. I was given all the advise I could wish for in regards to changing my PG/VG ratio, and also which vape would be the best to accommodate this. (Incidentally, the kit I was advised wasn’t the most expensive one!) My package then arrived by post the next day, more than happy with it. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. 😁

Was in Liverpool over a weekend and got recommended this place by a friend. The service was outstanding. The guy that served me knew what he was talking about. He offered to try repair my old device for free. I landed up buying the Pulsar RoK on his recommendation. Never been happier with it. Also chucked in a bunch of freebies too. Dr Hermans has been my go to Vape shop for years, the staff are all extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The store also has an excellent and knowledgeable piercer, clean facilities and good prices. There is also a smoke shop upstairs with pretty much anything you may need for your smoking needs. I recommend this store if you already Vape or are looking to quit smoking, there's something for everyone.

Had a daith piercing to hopefully help with symptoms of fibromyalgia. Never had a piercing or tattoo in my 58 years, so was uncomfortable. From making a phone call and speaking to Ste, who was knowledgeable and helpful, to going to the shop and being looked after by Ade, I left with a massively positive experience. Hope it works, but can't promise Ade enough. She put me at ease, really knows her stuff. Spotlessly clean environment. Very professional service. Would recommend if you just want a piercing for the sake of it, or to seek to get health benefits - fingers crossed, this is the place to go in Liverpool.

This is one of only 2 vaping shops I use the guys know their stuff concerning all things vaping and will recommend items based on the customers likes or dislikes, definitely recommended If your a vaper.

Hermans has always been the standard to which all vapes shops aspire to be yet never quit reaching it. I started vaping 5 years ago and I really don't think I would still be vaping today if it wasn't for some of the staff, they've traded their bold street shop for a shiny new shop less than 5 mins away from the original but the staff have remained and are vigilant in making sure your vaping the right things and always making sure your happy before leaving, in particular Ray has been a massive help to me over the years and I hope that herman vapes continues to go from strength to strength and I will ALWAYS recommend this shop as the premier vape shop in liverpool central.
