We were visiting Liverpool and shopped here prior to the Stadium tour. The lad on the till was great as my little lad wanted to use his Go Henry card and looked so worried when we realised at the till they do not take them. It would not have been the same if I had paid as he had saved up especially for this trip. The lad kindly put the purchases to one side and directed him to the nearest cash point. A very proud 7 year old proudly carried his £60 back upstairs where his shopping was waiting all ready to pack. We were waved off with a cheery smile and good wishes for our upcoming tour ....lovely store, lovely staff, but please consider accepting Go Henry cards for the future .... :)

Excellent staff very helpful and polite to deal with. They stock the 80's Candy tops aswell as some of the 90s Carlsberg tops. They also have the new shirts. Onsite name printing on the tops with the official letters so definitely worth making a trip for your new home or away tops. The classic tops are £40 and the new home or away tops are £70. Name and number printed is an additional £15 and £8 for the gold print on the arm.

A little tricky to see from the street because it is so very dark. Inside it is ALLLLLLLL Liverpool stuff. Well - since I don't really care so much about football, it was interesting to go in, but nothing there, really for me. The inside is a bit dark, too. The staff was pleasant and the store wasn't crowded. Bonus: They have a penny machine!

The staff is incredibly welcoming. On the back of their shirts, it says, "Here to help". In this case, they took that very seriously. We got asked by multiple staff members asking how we were, and if they could help in any way my. It was great to get such individualzed attention. It's definitely worth spending some time in there and browsing through all the different and unique items that they have.

It was okaaaaayyyy, buuuuttttt it just wasn't really a nice place to be in. It was really dark and the prices were SUPER HIGH, LIKE I AM TALKING 20 QUID FOR A HAT!!! 3 STARS⭐⭐⭐

There were 2 tops I wanted for my Husband's birthday. I need large but there were none in store. I went and asked if someone could check if there were any in the back. They did. They rang/rung round to different stores and did everything they could to get it for me. Great customer service with a smile. Thank you.

Really helpful staff. I had no idea what to look for but the staff were really good in helping me find what I needed. There was a good selection of children's and men's clothing. Shame about the lack of choice for shin pads and goalie gloves for children.

I came in today with my partner for a Small Mo Salah t shirt and as there was only 2 XL left I asked a lovely girl called Emma she tuck the time to check that if the Small was left in the stockroom and she made my day as she made the extra effort to go and was boss. She is brilliant

Called in the other day and I bought all three strips and I think a football club of this standing could afford to let you have a hanger for the items, especially after spending £165. Sometimes as a fan you don't feel appreciated. The club can loose sight that there'd be no club if it wasn't for the fans. Saying that, there was a couple of guys on the shop floor that were extremely helpful but the young woman on the tills wasn't so pleasant.

I'd like to take the time to say even with COVID19 going on the staff members in the store are fantastic and very helpful the cashier who is a girl with brown long hair was very helpful and friendly I bought a few items in the store great service cmon reds

If you are a reds fan then you're bound to find something here. Large selection of clothes, training gear new kit, classic kit tops and gifts. It's the same as every other football store in that it's very expensive if you have footy mad kids to kit them out every year. I know it's how the clubs create a revenue stream, still makes my eyes water every time I buy a complete new kit though!

After an exhausting search for pink goalies strips x2 I rang the Liverpool one store and was attended to by Mary it was no trouble for her to go find me the kits and put away she also served me this morning after a 2 hr drive to get them big thanks Mary I'll have 2 very happy twin Granddaughters at Xmas

The Liverpool FC Club Store is located in the Liverpool One shopping complex. As you'd expect the store has all things Liverpool FC, for the fans. You might not have the skill, but that doesn't mean you can't wear Sadio Mane's jersey.
