A. K.I have difficulties with histamine containing food due to Long Covid and fish (unless frozen quickly at sea) is on the banned list. As fish is healthy and I miss it, I emailed Seafresh asking if they had any fish safe for me. The lovely Rhoda emailed back, she was so sympathetic and understanding and even listed the precise items that were known to be tolerated and advised me which ones to avoid. Definitely going the extra mile. I wish all companies had an employee like Rhoda.
S. P.Brilliant customer service and food. After just eat delivered the wrong order and told me it would take 4 days to sort out my son took the food back to the shop who replaced all the food. It was delicious and fresh would definitely reccomend. Thankyou
