R. B.Great service by Barry in the shop and the carpet fitters in the day were excellent. Gave me a call in the morning to arrange a time. Fitted the carpet to a high standard. And tidied up afterwords.

A.This is differcult to review as different ratings,when we went into shop to order hallway carpet and kitchen carpet, they don't do kitchen carpets no more but we ordered one just like our old one it's got a backing best for kitchen,as we have a dog we prefer a carpet...we went to tapa next door and decided we wanted kitchen and hallway in the same shop.we picked hallway carpet...later date fitter came out and advised us for dearer underlay as warmer on stairs but never told us it would be thicker and later we found out cupboard doors don't open....few weeks later my advice is to check you have correct carpet before they lay it down as ours wasn't the colour we choose we ordered brown and more grey than brown not the same carpet we ordered and cupboard doors won't open due to thicker underlay and thicker carpet,they said it would settle down and left it like that.....went back to shop and they said it was a dearer carpet we received we liked it and kept it....but had to pay extra for someone to plain down bottom of doors done two doors costing extra £50....and now to get joiner to do the third door...To carpetright please inform your customers this could happen its in your information site online but we wasn't informed, and to the customers check you got the correct carpet before laying it....positive great job of laying it....so my ratings fitter 3 stars should of known about doors as advised us underlay was thicker....4 star for fitters and 1 star for telling us doors would be fine when it could ruin new carpet.....4 star for shop staff as they were helpful....overall average rating alot of improvements my informing customers.....The shop gives you a quote for doors to get done but the guys charge you more....

It’s good to go into a shop and actually have a good bit crack with staff. Recommend this store to anyone looking for flooring
s. H.Not sure what to say, because I don't know what aspects to respond on but I'm happy with what I got... lady is reasonable and friendlier than the other shops around it. Cheaper than the shops around them and thus far I can only give it full 5 stars 🌟 after all the work is completed.

Stuart went back to store brought a sample. And so glad he did. Otherwise carpet I choose would have been wrong.
