Alex is a knowledgeable guy who loves converting bikes into E-Bikes. He is also a mechanical engineer and works on motorbikes a lot, so he knows what he is doing! He uses parts that conform to EU / British Standards, keeping these E-bikes road legal. Some other companies will happily fit an 800W hub motor which could get your bike confiscated and impounded. I had done my homework before converting a cargo bike, a Workcycles Fr8 and Alex answered all my questions, suggesting the Tongsheng motor with torque sensor which works very well. We measured the space and the battery that he has chosen fits nicely in the frame. I had the occasional minor issue which Alex was quick to rectify. One of the issues was related to seat post height which we both should have checked and the other was to do with a screw mounting. I think that's the true sign of a good company - the ability to deal with issues. So far we have done 1000km in 4 months and we are very happy. We carry both kids on the bike to and from school and then continue to work every day on our bike. His pricing structure is transparent and fair. Yes, it seems like a lot of money, but if I had done 1000km on public transport, Uber and car journeys, I would have lost a lot of time and would have probably already paid as much! This is a great eco-friendly, fast, safe and fun alternative. Thanks to BESBiKE for changing our lifestyle and supercharging our bike.

After 2 failed attempts of purchasing the bafang bbso3 or bbshd from abroad that didn’t turn up I purchased this kit from besbike and was a dream to install and setup , the staff always replied g any questions and ghe bike is now finished snd looks really good and she fires up and proper test will be in a couple days as waiting on a shunt for my cycle analyst to be able to see how much battery is left in the pack which is a 48v &25 amp hours with a 35 amp bms and will be a perfectly matched for my 3rd time lucky machine !! Also it was checked before the kit was sent to me which was a releaf as all kits I’ve used before don’t get checked so this is a good feature of besbike !! Amazing experience here at Besbike! The mechanic fixed my ebike which was shipped to me all the way from china in just two days time, he was able to find the problem which was a connection issue between the battery and the motor and fix it on the day in which he found out what the issue was! Highly recommend this ebike store if you need your ebike repaired in no time!

Well guys i have to tell you so much about Alex and about his skills, but ill have to write a book to explane everything. Ill tell you only, i had a dream to make my own mountain E-bike, why I didn't buy ready one from the shop? Because they are very expensive and they can not offer much... Well I bought verry nice bicycle about 6months ago and I tried to convert it alone but I had many problems with I couldn't figure out by my self. Realy lond time I tried to find right person in London who can help me with that - that person was Alex from Besbike, he has a lot of experience and "golden hands" which can do everything.
