Great selection of cards for all occasions. The shop also has those little extras you may need, including scented candles and soft toys. Of course wrapping paper and balloons are also there.

Card Factory...is it cheap? Yes. Does it have a good selection of cards? Yes. Do they have special offers? Yes (buy 5 for £1). Are the staff friendly? Yes. Do they accept card payment? Yes. Do they do balloons? Yes. Other presents? Yes. Cards for all occasions? Yes. Some people may buy cards once in a blue moon and hence feel comfortable buying cards for several pounds. I on the other hand have 4 children who go to school. Now that means there is a birthday party twice a month, end of terms teachers cards, end of year cards, Christmas cards plus your usual wedding cards and family birthday cards and thank you cards.....it all adds up. So I go to card factory because I can buy a lot of cards, all of good quality and low low prices. The other thing I like about the cards from here is that every single one that I've purchased has been suitable for fountain pen use. I have purchased far more expensive cards, from other retailers, that have had a high gloss finish on the inside of the card and fountain pen ink never seems to dry on it! Other cards I have purchased from other retailers have have a blotting effect on the ink. Never the case with the cards I purchased from Card Factory.

The best thing about this shop is the staff unbelievably helpful. Had to sort out a load of balloons for my sons 21st I was like a fish out of water ,no idea. The staff sorted it all out without a drama. As a company based on your staff you are very lucky.

Great prices, good selection of merchandise and very pleasant staff. The only downside is the Car Park which is badly laid out for exitiing which causes jams when exiting.
