This art shop has a wide range of art materials and paints. From basic water colours and acrylics to the much more expensive oil paints that can costs under a hundred pounds a tube. They have blank canvas and plenty of art projects. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The manager was very nice she showed me quite a few different colours and I took photos to make a better decisions after I thought about what my needs are for my own project. They also have some discount and special deals on so I highly recommend here for art supplies. If you found my review helpful please press like. Thank you.

Cass Art usually has quite knowledgeable staff to help you with your purchases. The store is small, so the extent isn't as large as what the website has to offer, but the range is still reasonably good. Although the products are good, the Kensington store's range seems to be generally more focused towards students, hobbyists and children than professional artists - although good in a pinch as there are so few art stores in West London.

If you’re looking to become an artist or you already are than this shop provides everything you need! You can find a good variety of paint and accessories for it and other materials for different creative minds. People working in there are very friendly, just ask them if you need help with your desired product!!

Amazing service with friendly staff! Allow they to do the helium balloons for you. The helium sold in a cylinder is terrible as they not last long.

Cass Art is the best art supply shop in this area. It has all the latest art equipment. I think it is rather expensive although it advertises otherwise. It advertises sales but when I go there I can't find them. It is a very well supplied shop.

Just wanted to thank the helpful staff at this Cass location. I'm visiting London from NYC for my art show, and needed to get a varnish to be used on not quite dry paint at the last minute. Came into the store last week and the staff were able to point me to a very specific brand of exhibition varnish, which I was unaware of. They were so helpful and knowledgable, and honestly, it helped make my paintings look 100% better for the opening. This store was out of the product but they reserved it for me at another location. Thank you so so much for your help!

The shop offers a lot of art materials. As the sale is still on I managed to buy a few items at discounted price. The staff were very helpful. Will definitely return for more art materials.

The assistants are often artists themselves, so are very knowledgeable about their products and can answer questions well. Very good selection of high quality art materials. 2 levels. Downstairs are the canvases, easels and arts and crafts. Upstairs is everything else, e g. A good selection of acrylic paints, water colours, brushes, etc. Highly recommend.

I was unaware the Cass Art was a chain store, and went in expecting it to be like another (independent) art shop we had visited in London. My go-to place to buy kids birthday gifts and basic art supplies. Lot of creative kids products on offer. They always have special offers so check the store regularly if you want to stock up on art supplies. Their range is not as big as a niche art supply store however for basic supplies they are reliable. Service is consistently good and very helpful staff. It gives me the impression that the company has good ethos.

Great service. Very rare these days. Went in for the first time today. Place easy to find near new Design Museum. Great selection of art materials. Easily laid out to find. Was greeted and helped by a lovely young lady named Jess. She was totally amazing. She recommended the right items I was looking for. Very knowledgable and ever so nice. I will definitely come back again just for the service alone. Brilliant. 10 stars if I could.

Excellent customer service by a staff member called Ben. I came in today to buy some art materials and Ben specifically was very helpful and took his time to explain the pros and cons of each thing I wanted to buy, even showing me his art work :). Very knowledgeable, friendly and patient.

Great back up store that almost always has what I need in stock, or they can get it in the following day. Also nice staff... it gets busy in there, so I respect their ability to remain engaging and animated all day. Nice people.

Very helpful staff, even made me a carrier for a canvas i bought. Big shop, large selection, I go here every time I am in London. They have my favourite Michael Harding oils in 60ml tubes. And now some in 225ml tubes. Just don’t ask to use the bathroom no matter how much you spend.

The art supplies are of the highest quality brands, and the lowest prices I have seen for the quality items. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this shop for any artist, be it experienced or new.

Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. I've always had my artsy questions answered - although I am a beginner. If you're anything like me, you will spend hours here depleting your funds - there's plenty to explore, even take up a new hobby. One thing I will do soon, is take a class - downstairs is where all artsy crafty action happens. Oh and also must remember to stop saying artsy, I sound like a newbie 🤔

Big arts and crafts store with a range of quality, from starter kits to professional standard products. The back of the shop has a lot of materials and kits for kids, using practical and skill-building methods to create fun projects. There is a basement with more items. The staff were helpful, though limited and kept busy by the tills. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for specific art or craft tools/materials.

Came into the shop with a very vague idea of something that I was hoping to create. The staff (Isaac) was very helpful in identifying the best tools for the job and even suggested an array of tips and tricks to help me get started. It's like being in a candyshop. Lots of different paint brushes and paper. The staff are nice and helpful. They only had a few brands of markers at the time. They didn't have tombow or chameleon but I still found plenty to buy.
