A great shop near the Oval in London, Looking for leather and other such gear defo the place to go. Great Prices, but even better customer service and getting made to measure stuff is so easy. Jonathan is a great guy and listens to your needs and finds the right items to make you feel great.

It has been a couple of years since I shopped here, but I've just realised that my previous review was linked to a dead account and has been lost in the electronic-ether. I was looking to make a very small purchase here, under £100, and I was worried about the sizing of the item. The proprietor went out of his way to have it resized in the 3 days between my initial call and coming to try on/collect. All that for an item that cost about £35. I think that's 5 star service alone, but the whole experience was pleasant, welcoming and friendly. I can really recommend FF to anyone new to the scene, or just after some friendly, no-pressure advice. It helps also that it is really great value. I would give 10 stars if I could. My only criticism is that Jonathan earnestly confessed to me that 'pinching is extra' when he was helping me get fitted up, whereas I would include gentle pinching as a freebie. I suppose that speaks to his professionalism. Or possibly my wanton abandon.

Presiding over this cornucopia of unconventional delights mein host Jonathan is an ever congenial, knowledgeable and helpful presence, as indeed he is the spiritual centre of the enterprise. Here is a man who serves the community of which he has long been a part, gracing us with a humour and humanity that is lost to the more corporate emporia of the West End and the City. The quality of clothing and accessories is good, and that means expense nowadays, but if you're feeling cheap and cheerful - and what gay man doesn't from time to time? - there is a rummage bin of oddments, seconds, and cast offs to make every visit worth the while. A miniature of perfection, and a jewel in the dust. Go and be amazed!

"Don't dream it, Be it" This Rocky Horror quote seem to perfectly fit the philosophy to adopt in this amazing garden of twisted delights, from the experienced Master with several slaves on a leash in search of an additional leather item to add to his wardrobe "One can NEVER have enough pair of chaps, methinks", to a member of a couple that finally realizes that the only way to have some domestic chores accomplished by his partner is to buy a whip and a hood "sex life got better and the house is spotless, Honey", every unusual, weird, and utterly sexy desire is perfectly catered for by Jonathan, the seductive MC of the shop, a charming gentleman, clad in Vivienne Westwood (Don't you just adore the contrast??) that goes well way out of his duties to advice, support and make every bizarre fantasy come true! Provocatively Recommended!

Fetish Freak is owned and run by the inimitable Jonathan, a bastion of the gay fetish scene for, well, several decades. In a small space he has a huge range of clothing, gear and lubes etc and it's a very friendly space for the newest of guys (or girls) dipping their curious toes into the work of rubber, leather, bondage and other fetish. And plenty for the more seasoned members of the fetish world too. I'd urge you to pop in, if just for a bottle of poppers, some rubber shorts, or a full make-over and new wardrobe. B8FKR - Jeff
