P. S.Fantastic in-store service by the store in-charge Lee Jordan. Lee provided us with adequate information to make an informed selection of flooring for our home and was kind enough to check the stock of various flooring designs. He had also kindly put in a request note on our behalf to see if delivery can be expedited. Overall very happy with Lee and Direct Wood flooring.

We're first time home renovators and we needed good quality flooring and the right advice without being upsold on the 40 million extras. I was greeted with a big smile by lee Jordan who could not of been more helpful! He asked if I had already got the floor, I told him I had but had not been to happy. he showed me the evo core range which he presented perfectly, i was honestly wowed by the product and even more by his knowledge and customer service, the same day i cancelled my order with the other company and ordered the evo core for my mother. i want to thank Lee so much as he was a delight! i cant recommend the store more and really suggest you ask for Lee.

I. Z.I came into this shop with my mother a few weeks ago and held back on writing a review because i felt like the service was to good to be true and something was bound to go wrong a little later down the line.
I WAS WRONG, and i cannot fault the entire experience. I dealt with a representative called Lee Jordan on the day who was a pleasure along side all the other staff i spoke to after.
I could go on and on with scenarios that happened throughout my order that were all dealt with promptly and in an extraordinary manner.
I would highly recommend heading to this store.
