Life changing.... I must say.... Hearing loss and hearing aid is still different to wearing glasses. Farrah was sooooo helpful and understanding. Loved the whole experience. Cassia- front desk is awesome too. I can call her anytime for anything, she is always very helpful..thank you for everything...

Omg this appointment was very professional yet comfortable my partner and myself was greeted by Cassie she was so friendly,bright smile and welcoming. Then we meet the audiologist who made our time there very adventureous i was very nervous but the way she dealt with me i was relaxed even before my test started. I would recommend her any time any day. Thank you for your wonderful service and advice.

Staff are fantastic specially the Audiologist I saw during my visit. She spent quite a long time, listened my problem and explained the benefits and functionality of different types of hearing aids and suggested me the most effective model for me. Free hearing test for 55+ years offered by them definitely deserves appreciation.
