H. B.I'm moving and had a load of bits to recycle. The guys at the centre were really helpful directing where everything needed to go when questioned.
Maria was absolutely fantastic, she was friendly and informative ans went above and beyond. Unfortunately one of my items couldn't be recycled and could not be taken in the Second Time Around store (which is such a great idea!) she provided detials and a map for another location, and was so helpful in the store with measurements and accessing items.
Overall great experience, friendly professional people and easy to use service. Couldn't ask for more.
K. W.Visited the reuse shop yesterday which was very interesting and had some good bargains. Maria the lovely day who works in the shop was very friendly, welcoming and professional. Her customer service was 1st class and looked like someone who wanted to be there and takes pride in what they do. She was also very kind enough to allow my daughter to use the toilet on site which she didn't have to. A true asset to the company and she is the reason I will be back.. Thank you!
S. A.Needed to dispose about 14 litres of engine oil, 3 4 litres of cooking oil and a car battery. I booked online, turned up at the recycle centre and the guy at the gate checked to see if I was booked in. Told him I’d never used the place before and he told me exactly where to park and what to do.
Once I parked up next to the oil tank another guy came over and asked if I knew what I needed to do. He told me exactly where to put the used oils I had, including where to put the containers I had the oil in, even where to put the old car battery.
The whole process was so smooth, I was in and out within about 10 mins! I’ll 100% be using and recommending this place to everyone!

R. D.Male staff greeting you at gate very friendly and helpful. Two ladies running the shop equally friendly and helpful. They have vastly improved the shop layout and presentation of recycle items. Well organised, with lots of interesting stuff.

J. B.Love the re use shop in chingford. The layout and displays are beautiful and it’s full of interesting objects. The two ladies that work there are both helpful and full of great ideas for re vamping, upcycling or just reusing items. It a real pleasure to walk through the rooms and bag a bargain.

R.Been to the shop there a few times and I have always found the girls there who run it to be very friendly and helpful 😊, however it has been a while since I have been there other than 2 weeks ago, I mention this because I just read a review about a angry gate man 🤣, I weren't even driving, I was just passing and I thought I would have a look at the status of the place, I only asked when the shop would be open and I even smiled, the bloke seemed proper irate 🤣, I just thought that he must be a bit simple and so I said to him all politely as if to offer some friendly advice that he should not stand so close to the paints and solvents skip as I have seen that eye reaction he seems to be affected with before and he needs to get on top of it before he permanently ends up looking like a glue sniffer 🤣😁 anyway I think that I was right in the first place when I thought he was a bit simple 🤣, I shouldn't mock really but if you are in a public facing position then at least have a personality which is not in disorder 😁🤣.
