D. C. M.Absolutely first class service. Our Head Office said that they wanted us to take many souvenirs with us when we travel to Taiwan which was in 2 days time! Looked on internet & no company had delivery date less than 3-4 days. PANIC! We had ordered bags from another company 2 weeks ago that never arrived. Telephoned Lambert of London & actual spoke to someone, not an answerphone. Explained our problem and they said they could fulfill our order & have it delivered next day. It arrived as said, carriage charge very reasonable. Would certainly use this company again. Couldn't fault them.

J. D.It is a tradition of mine to shop here every time I visit London. Sure, it is full of the most gaudy tourist trap merchandise you can imagine, but it is truly your best option for souvenirs for the friends and family. The things you buy here are so unmistakably British - Mind the Gap shirts, little brass Big Bens, busts of Shakespeare and Churchill, ceramic reproductions of Lord Nelson's monument, stuffed Bulldogs, BBC caps, and I could go on and on.
Yes, it is unmistakably a tourist trap, but Lambert's has a special place in my heart and it deserves a place in your vacation itinerary alongside a West End play, St. Paul's, the British Museum, and Buckingham Palace.
